The wedding ceremony concluded with bride and groom's Kiss. cheers and laughter echoing throughout the Kim mansion. Jackson and Irene stood hand in hand, their smiles radiant as they took in the joy surrounding them. Guests mingled, raising glasses filled with sparkling champagne and celebrating the union of the couple.
Taehyung, finally relaxed, chatted with Jungkook as Jimin and Yeri laughed nearby.
Jin and namjoon were busy capturing every moment on their phones, making goofy faces to lighten the mood. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, love, and the promise of new beginnings. Jinyoung and Jhope goofing around as usual.
“Isn’t this perfect?” Suga beamed at Jimin, leaning in as if about to make a romantic confession.
“Sure is! But just so you know, I’m the one who organized everything,” J-Hope chimed in, cutting off Suga's moment and striking a heroic pose. “Just giving credit where credit’s dues, dude!”
Jimin burst out laughing, while Suga rolled his eyes playfully.
The music thumped, and the celebration was in full swing. Everyone was on the dance floor, laughing and twirling in the dimmed lights. Irene was dancing with her brother, J-Hope, who was spinning her around like a ballerina.
Jackson watched from the sidelines, trying to play it cool, but deep down, he couldn't shake the feeling that his heart was skipping a beat every time he caught a glimpse of Irene.
He didn’t want to admit it, but there was something about her tonight that made him feel all fluttery inside.-----
Yeri, with her infectious energy, bounced up to taehyung. “Oppa, can you dance with me?”
Jungkook smirked, raising an eyebrow. “Oh, so you only want Taehyung, not me? Wow, Yeri, I thought we had something special!”
Yeri pouted playfully. “Of course I want you! But Taehyung oppa is my favorite right now.”
“Hey, move idiot, anyways your dance is boring!” Taehyung protested, grinning as he swept Yeri onto the dance floor, twirling her around with exaggerated moves.
Meanwhile, Jungkook's eyes locked onto Jaehyun across the room. A bright smile broke across his face as he made his way over.
“Heeyyy!” Jungkook greeted, his voice warm.
Jaehyun beamed back, his smile lighting up his face. “So, when are your wedding?!” he teased, wiggling his eyebrows.
Jungkook shrugged nonchalantly. “Maybe never. It sounds too formal for our style.”
Jaehyun raised an eyebrow, surprised by the answer. “Oh really? I didn’t know you felt that way.”
Jungkook chuckled. “A wedding would be a shame for our relationship. We’d just mess it up. I think 10 years of being together sounds like the right thing to celebrate.”
Jaehyun blinked, taken aback. “Ohhh, I didn’t realize you two had been together that long!”
“Yeah, it was a surprise for me too,” Jungkook admitted with a hint of nostalgia.
Jaehyun hesitated for a moment, processing the information, a mixture of emotions swirling in his eyes.
Jungkook: “Are you still heartbroken?”
Jaehyun was about to change the topic, but Jungkook's question caught him off guard.
Jaehyun: “You knew?”
Jungkook nodded with a knowing grin, his eyes reflecting understanding.
“Your eyes gave it away.”
They both chuckled, the shared understanding hanging in the air. Jungkook knew that Jaehyun’s feelings for Taehyung ran deep, and he respected that. In turn, Jaehyun knew he had no chance in Taehyung's heart, but they both appreciated the connection they shared.
As they watched Taehyung and Yeri dancing in their own goofy way, they both couldn’t help but laugh at their antics. The carefree atmosphere filled the room, a brief escape from the chaos that often surrounded them.

“So, when am I getting her number?” J-Hope asked playfully, twirling Irene around as they danced.
Irene laughed, shaking her head. “Why are you in such a hurry? Aren’t you sad that I’m married and going?”
J-Hope grinned widely, his eyes sparkling with mischief. “Noona, I’m the sadest person here! But please, get me her number, okay? I helped to plan the whole thing, don’t forget!”
Irene chuckled, rolling her eyes affectionately. “Alright, alright! I’ll get you her number. Just don’t scare her away, okay?”
Both laughs and continued dancing.

Even amidst the celebration, Mr. Jeon felt a knot of tension in his stomach. Memories of the last incident at a engagement haunted him. What if something like that happened again?
He stepped away from the festivities, seeking a quieter area to smoke, despite knowing he needed to quit.
Jungkook had always hated his smoking. As he lit up, he took a long drag, trying to clear his mind. Just as he threw the last smoke away, something caught his eye—someone standing between the parked cars.
“Dad...”
The familiar voice of Suga broke the moment. “I’ve been looking for you. Let’s go.”
Mr. Jeon looked again, but the figure had vanished, leaving him with an unsettling feeling as he followed Suga back into the party.
