Watz: According to the book, my Vanguard, Shindou Chrono has became Kamen Rider Decade to fight against the Demon King, Ohma Zi-O. In order to do that and to save his world, he must travel all 18 rider worlds and collect the Ridewatches.

Watz: My vanguard has arrive in the World of Wizard and encounter Kamen Rider Wizard, Shiba Tatsuya. The Magician who hunts down Phantoms, who are born from humans's despair. The Phantoms are after the Gate, sending them to despair and giving birth to new Phantoms. In the midst of the attack, the Phantom, Ogre, attack them.

Ogre: I've finally found it! The Gate! use the flames and the blade head towards to Tokoha
Decade: Tokoha!
Wizard: get up and goes to Tokoha and use the Water Wizard Ring
