Watz: According to the book, my Vanguard, Shindou Chrono has became Kamen Rider Decade to fight against the Demon King, Ohma Zi-O. In order to do that and to save his world, he must travel all 18 rider worlds and collect the Ridewatches.

Watz: My Vangaurd has arrive in the World of Build and met Kamen Rider Build, Mikami Riku. His world was a peaceful country until the Sky Wall has split the country into three regions. Avalon, Toraburyu and Simurgh. Behind the shadows, the terrorist, Geand Faust, made a grand scale invasion of the three regions and attack everything. closes the book That's when, the leader's identity is revealed to be, Riku's long lost brother.

Riku: Nii-san, Kyou-nii-san!
Kyou: It's been a while, Riku.
Decade: Nii-san?

Kyou: turn the handle and the the snap ride builder appears reveal the two tank halfbodies

(the halfbodies join together and Metal Build and fights Riku)
