Jungkook woke up feeling a gentle touch on his skin. As he opened his eyes, he saw Jin carefully tracing his tattoos and softly counting them to himself.

"Enjoying the view?" Jungkook asked in a husky voice.

Memories of Jungkook's low, sensual voice from the night before made Jin blush. He turned away and started to get up, but Jungkook's arms wrapped around his waist and pulled him back. Jin settled into the embrace, letting himself be spooned. Jungkook held him close, his body pressed warmly against Jin's back. He found comfort in their closeness, struggling to set aside thoughts of his late husband. He nuzzled his nose against Jin's neck, taking in the comforting scent and wishing he could stay in this moment forever. The peaceful silence between them was interrupted by Jin's hesitant, soft voice.

"Jungkook..."

"Hmmm?"

"You're hard," Jin observed.

Jungkook kissed Jin's shoulder blade. "Did you really have to point that out? Yes, it's hard... and it's your fault."

"You just woke up, and you're already thinking about that?"

"I don't exactly schedule my erections, Seokjin," Jungkook replied.

Jin smiled, feeling a warm glow. He finds he enjoys hearing Jungkook say his name.

"Jungkook..."

"Hmmm?"

"Can I call you Kookie?"

"No, that's cringey."

"Yeah, 'Grumpy' suits you better," Jin muttered, relieved that his back was to Jungkook so he could hide his smile.

"You're really enjoying this, aren't you?"

"Jungkook..."

"You like saying my name, don't you?"

"I'm hungry," Jin said, brushing off Jungkook's comment.

"Same here." Jungkook's hand started to slide down Jin's stomach.

"I'm serious. I'm hungry. It's past lunchtime, and we didn't have dinner last night."

"You don't need to remind me about last night."

Jin blushed. "I'm really starving."

"What do you want to eat?"

"Anything, really. I just need to eat."

"If you let me decide, it will definitely not be food."

"Can we just talk normally? Without mentioning something about sex?"

"I haven't mentioned anything about sex, Seokjin."

"Forget it. I'll cook. I've gotten better at cooking now."

"No, I'll do it." Jungkook quickly stood up, grabbed his clothes, and headed to the bathroom, leaving Jin looking puzzled.

"Didn't he like the food I always left for him? It's always gone by the next day. Did he throw it out? I'll check the trash next time," Jin thought to himself.

Jin was still sulking when he suddenly realized he was naked and felt a blush creep over his entire body. He thought back to last night and couldn't understand how he let things go so far. He had always been in control, dating attractive and successful men but never moving beyond kissing. It surprised him how easily he had given in to Jungkook.

What struck him the most was that he didn't feel regret—he felt something different. As he sat there in the quiet room, he was left with a mix of bittersweet emotions. Last night with Jungkook had felt more special than he expected. The connection they shared made him realize he had stronger feelings for Jungkook than he'd thought, feelings that were both comforting and a bit overwhelming. He never thought he'd feel this way about anyone else, and he wasn't sure how to deal with it.
