Hide behind my smile

Hide behind my smile,
I lie.
Never quite understood,
Yet I would try.

Hide behind my eyes,
I spark.
Water pouring down,
I drown in the dark.

Hide behind the walls,
They whisper.
Would they ever know?
No, they never.
