I wish I were pretty, and life would be bright,
With long blonde hair, and nothing to fight.
Tall and strong, nothing could stop me.
A slender waist, blue eyes, and all would notice me.
I wish I was pretty, nothing to worry at all.
I With friends who'd surround me, and lovers who'd call.
Witty and clever, no one could deny,
With a warm heart and a laugh that lights up the sky.
I wish I were pretty, chosen with ease,
Admired by many, always there to please.
But beauty fades, and dreams often stray
In the end, it's who we are that truly stays.
