Annika was startled when she found herself suddenly pulled into Shivay's arms. Her heart pounded as she tried to break free, but his grip was strong. "Let go of me!" she shouted, struggling against him.

Shivay, caught off guard, released her. "Watch where you're going!" he scolded, his voice filled with irritation.

Annika was furious. "It's your fault for grabbing me!" she retorted, pushing him away. "You're so arrogant and rude."

Shivay scoffed. "You're the one who was walking backward like an idiot!" he countered, pointing in the direction she had been going. "You could have gotten hurt."

Annika glanced in the direction he indicated and realized he was right. If he hadn't pulled her, she would have collided with a nearby table. However, she was unwilling to admit her mistake. "That doesn't give you the right to grab me!" she argued.

Shivay's anger flared. "I was trying to help you!" he shouted. "You're so ungrateful."

Annika was not about to back down. "Help me? By grabbing me like a maniac?" she retorted. "You're the one who needs help, Mr. Arrogant. You need to learn some manners."

Shivay was speechless. He had never been spoken to like that before. He was so angry, he could feel his blood boiling.

"You're a spoiled brat!" he finally managed to say.

Annika scoffed. "At least I'm not a jerk who thinks he can do whatever he wants."

Shivay was about to say something else when Annika turned and stormed out of the cafe. Shivay stood there for a moment, stunned. He had never been treated so disrespectfully before. He was angry and humiliated.

Shivay's anger flared as he watched Annika storm out of the cafe. He had intended to follow her and continue their argument, but when he emerged from the cafe, he saw her already riding away on her scooter.

Frustration washed over him. He had thought that if he encountered her again, he would have the chance to teach her a lesson. However, the opposite had happened. She had escaped without him getting the last word.

Shivay watched Annika disappear into the distance, a mixture of anger and disappointment churning within him. He knew that he would not be able to forget this incident easily. The woman had dared to defy him, to stand up to him, and he was determined to make her pay.

Shivay spent the rest of the day stewing in his anger. He couldn't believe that a woman had dared to challenge him so openly. He was determined to find a way to get back at her.

Annika rode back to the office, her mind still racing with the encounter with Shivay. She had been so angry, she hadn't even realized how witty and sharp her comebacks had been. She had won the argument, and it felt good. She had finally stood up to him and put him in his place.

Annika's Office

Annika arrived at her office and settled into her workstation. A few minutes later, she received a call informing her that Vishal, the company's boss, wanted to see her.

Annika swallowed nervously. She didn't particularly like Vishal, who was known for his cunning nature and tendency to promote those who flattered him. Annika had always challenged his authority, which had resulted in her not being promoted to team leader, despite having more experience than Tanya.

Vishal's cabin

Knocking on Vishal's cabin door, Annika entered his cabin. She found Tanya already present. Vishal looked at Annika and said, "Annika, I heard that Mrs. Kapoor wasn't satisfied with your designs and that you promised to create new ones within a week."

Annika replied, "Yes, boss, you're right. But don't worry. I spoke with Mrs. Kapoor before coming here and got her feedback on what she's looking for."

Vishal questioned, "Are you sure you can finish this in just one day?"

Annika looked at him puzzled. "One day? We have three more days before Mrs. Kapoor returns to review the designs."

Tanya gave a sly smile and replied, "Annika, as our diligent employee, you'll be assigned to work on a fashion show for a charity event organized by the Malhotras. The event is scheduled to take place in two weeks."

Annika was shocked. She had just finished dealing with the stress of Mrs. Kapoor's designs, and now she was being assigned to work on a fashion show in just two weeks? It was too much.

"But boss," she protested, "I'm already working on Mrs. Kapoor's designs. How am I supposed to manage both?"

Vishal shrugged. "It's a big opportunity for the company. We can't miss out on it. You'll have to manage somehow."

Tanya smirked. "Don't worry, Annika. I'll help you out."

Annika knew that Tanya was just trying to make her life miserable. She was already overwhelmed with work, and now she was being given even more responsibility. She couldn't help but feel a sense of dread.

As she left Vishal's office, Annika couldn't shake the feeling that she was being set up to fail. She knew that Tanya was jealous of her, and she was sure that Tanya was going to do everything in her power to make her look bad.

Annika decided that she had to be prepared. She knew that she would have to work harder than ever before to meet the deadline for both the fashion show and Mrs. Kapoor's designs. She was determined to prove to everyone that she was capable of handling the pressure.

Annika slumped into her chair, cursing the arrogant man who had caused her so much trouble. She couldn't believe that every time she encountered him, something bad seemed to happen. She was starting to think that he was jinxed.

She thought " Annika beta bachke rehna us manhoos aadmi se, jb bhi tu usse takraati koi na koi siyaapa ho hi jaata hai. ( Annika be careful of that unlucky man. Whenever you cross paths with him, some kind of trouble always arises.)"

As she sat there, lost in her thoughts, Annika couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. She knew that the next few weeks were going to be incredibly challenging. She had to balance the demands of Mrs. Kapoor's designs with the preparations for the fashion show. And she had to do it all while dealing with the constant stress of her job and the constant threat of Tanya's sabotage.

Annika knew that she was going to have to dig deep to get through this. She was going to have to be stronger, smarter, and more resilient than ever before. But she was determined to prove everyone wrong. She was going to show them that she was capable of handling anything that came her way.
