In Hotel Room

Shivay collapsed onto the sofa, trying to catch his breath. Rudra, who was already seated in the room with Om and Ishana, exclaimed,

Ishana, who was sitting beside Annika and gently massaging her head, immediately turned her attention to Shivay. She scanned his shirt and noticed the blood stain. Her eyes then shifted to Annika, checking if she was injured. Ishana's gaze landed on Annika's hand, and she saw that her knuckles were bleeding. She further inspected Annika's trousers and found a bruise on her knee.

Om, meanwhile, rushed towards Shivay, concern etched on his face. "Shivay, are you hurt? Let me check if you have any injuries." However, Ishana intervened, her voice calm and collected.

"Rudra, your Bhaiya isn't bleeding; it's Annika. Om, can you please pass me that bag?" Om stopped himself from checking Shivay and goes near the table to pick the bag. And then handed over the bag to Ishana, who retrieved some ointments and began applying them to Annika's wounds.

While tending to Annika, Ishana instructed Shivay, "You should go wash your shirt before the blood stain sets in." Shivay nodded and headed towards the washroom, leaving Om and Rudra looking perplexed.

Rudra whispered to Om, "What's going on here? Ishana di doesn't seem panicked at all, like she's seen Annika di injured before."

Om replied, "Honestly, I have no idea. When you mentioned the blood stain on Shivay's shirt, I almost panicked, thinking something had happened to him. But Ishana di remained calm and turned her attention to Annika."

Om's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with questions. What had transpired between Annika and Shivay? And why was Ishana so composed, as if she had expected Annika to be injured? The air was thick with unspoken tension, and Om couldn't help but wonder what secrets lay hidden beneath the surface.

Just as the tension in the room was becoming palpable, the hotel room door swung open, and Ruhi, Sneha, Siddharth, and Virat burst in, their faces etched with worry. They hastily made their way to the bed, their eyes fixed on Annika. As they took in her bruised hand and knee, they collectively let out a sigh of relief.

Sneha was the first to speak, her voice laced with concern. "Thank goodness she's fine. We were all super worried about her."

Rudra countered, his brow furrowed, "How can you say she's fine? Look, she's bruised her hand."

Sneha dismissed Rudra's concern with a wave of her hand. "This is just a small injury, not a big deal. But who are you?" Her eyes narrowed, scrutinizing Rudra and Om.

Siddharth turned to Ishana, his curiosity getting the better of him. "Ishana, who are they? We didn't get to meet each other."

As Sneha, Ruhi, Virat, and Siddharth gazed at Om and Rudra with piercing intensity, Shivay emerged from the bathroom, his commanding tone cutting through the air. "We are friends of Ishana. And who are you all?"

Virat's eyes snapped towards Ishana, his voice tinged with skepticism. "You're friends of Ishana, but we've never heard of you."

Ishana could sense the tension escalating, the air thick with unspoken animosity between the Oberoi brothers and Annika's teammates. She swiftly intervened, her voice firm but gentle. "Guys, stop it. Let me introduce each other."

With a warm smile, Ishana turned to Annika's teammates. "Everyone, this is Shivay, my business friend, and his brothers, Om and Rudra. You might not know much about them because I rarely meet them for business purposes, not for fun like we often do."
