Annika arrived at her shop, accompanied by Panditji, promptly at 10:00 am. Earlier that morning, she had respectfully requested Panditji to perform a puja at her shop before its opening. Panditji, familiar with Annika and a respected member of their community, graciously agreed. However, he mentioned he had a prior commitment and would need to conduct the ceremony quickly.

Annika, grateful for his availability, accepted the arrangement. Panditji provided her with a list of essential items required for the puja, which she promptly forwarded to Sneha via message.

Sneha, residing nearby, had easy access to the necessary items. She swiftly gathered the required materials, including flowers, incense sticks, diyas, and sacred texts, and arrived at the shop.

As Annika unlocked the shop, Panditji began preparing for the ceremony. Sneha handed over the puja items, and Panditji meticulously arranged them. With everything in place, Panditji initiated the puja, chanting sacred mantras and performing rituals to invoke divine blessings.

Annika stood reverently, her hands clasped together, as Panditji performed the ceremony. The aroma of incense and camphor filled the air, creating a sacred ambiance. Sneha stood nearby, observing the rituals with equal devotion.

As the puja concluded, Panditji bestowed his blessings upon Annika and her business. Annika touched his feet, expressing gratitude.

"May this shop flourish, and may your endeavors be successful," Panditji said, smiling.

With the puja complete, Annika felt a sense of tranquility and optimism, ready to begin the day's business.

As Panditji departed, Annika and Sneha were left alone in the shop. Sneha's eyes sparkled with excitement.

"I can barely contain my enthusiasm! Our grand opening is finally here, and I can't wait people to look at our stunning collection!" Sneha exclaimed.

Annika shared Sneha's enthusiasm but couldn't shake off her nerves.

"I'm anxious too, but I'm feeling a bit jittery. When will the rest of the staff arrive? I have crucial instructions to share with them. They'll be managing the shop from tomorrow onward."

Sneha reassured Annika with a calm smile.

"Relax, Annika! We scheduled their arrival for 10:00 am, and it's only 9:45. We're early because of Panditji's prior commitment. You know, I had to rush my father to fetch the puja items; as your call woke me up just in time!" Sneha chuckled.

Annika chuckled, recalling the morning's chaos.

"I know, I'm sorry about that. Panditji insisted on an early start due to his other engagement."

Sneha glanced at her watch.

" Fifteen minutes, and the team will be here. Let's utilize this time to double-check everything."

Annika nodded, taking a deep breath.

"Let's ensure everything is perfect for our grand opening."

Together, they reviewed the displays, adjusting a few items to perfection.

As they worked, Annika's nervous energy gradually transformed into anticipation.

As the clock struck 10:00 am, the staff members began to arrive, eager to start their new roles. Annika and Sneha welcomed them warmly and initiated a comprehensive briefing session.

"Today's a training day," Annika began. "Sneha and I will guide you through every aspect of managing the store. Tomorrow, you'll take the reins."
