I woke up and the first thing on my mind was her, y/n.
I'm not sure I've ever felt about someone like this ever before, or was it too early to say that?

I shook my thoughts off as I got up to go to the bathroom, really craving a shower.
I didn't even need to look if Kai was still asleep, I could hear his snoring from miles away.

I wasn't feeling really hungry so I didn't even bother to go to the kitchen.
I noticed I was the only one awake, not even y/n was up at this time.
What would be understandable, it took a while before her room was free I think.

It was still dark outside, I assumed it would take a while before the sun started showing. I wondered why I even woke up at this time, normally I sleep in if possible.

I wanted to use my time wisely and spend some time training, then I came up with the great idea to do a round of patrol.
I wasn't expecting anything to happen at this time, but it's still a great excuse to call up on my elemental dragon and go for a ride.

It didn't take long for him to appear when I used my powers, I greeted the green big guy and jumped on.
Flying was one of my favorite things to do, even though I used to be scared of heights. I think I mostly got over that fear, Kai helped me a lot with that. Sometimes I start to think he really cares for me, like a brother.

I was in Ninjago city in no time, looking around I was right, not a thing was happening.
I landed on the tallest building after Borg tower, a few blocks ahead I saw the one me and y/n spent our first night at.
I smiled at the memory, thinking about how we lied down against the billboard, looking at the thousands of stars in the sky.

I jumped roof to roof, feeling the wind softly rushing against the fabric of my gi.
Suddenly for one of the first times ever, I fell. Something had hit me causing me to fall down into the sewers, that seemed to be open for some reason.

There wasn't much daylight yet, let alone down here. I used my power to create a little bit of light, but suddenly I felt a loud bang at the back of my head.
Everything turned black.

I open my eyes, immediately standing up straight and looking around my current environment.
Everything was pitch black, I tried using my power for a little light. But to my biggest fear, nothing came out of my hand.

I stumbled back in realization, trying to remember what had happened to me, have I lost my powers?
Suddenly I felt something behind me, I turned around grabbing it and it felt like bars, prison bars.

I walked a bit from where I was standing, every step meeting a new bar. I realized I was locked up, feeling guilty since the others didn't know I went away, let alone where I went.

"Is there someone here? Show yourself!" I tried to speak up with all the courage inside of me, hoping to somehow sound confident.

I suddenly heard a laugh, a low dark laugh.
The lights turned on, the brightness blinding me for a second. I blinked my eyes and as I opened them I suddenly saw Astor right in front of me, the only thing between us were the black bars.
