21 - elevator

"Good to see you again, Lloyd." Astor spoke as he had reached the cage in his secret underground base.
"Can't say the same about you." Lloyd answered, giving Astor a disapproving look when he saw him.

"I just wanted to tell you I succeeded." Astor spoke unbothered, showing off his parchment.
"Why?" Lloyd asked, not understanding why Astor seemed so happy to inform him.

"To prove you wrong." Astor simply replied as he put the parchment in a tube that appeared from the wall, Lloyd realized this man had buttons for everything.

"Seems like your missing one." Lloyd pointed out looking at the wall.
There were now four tubes filled, only one was still opened.

"Good thing the Borg tower break in was successful, my men are on their way back here." Astor spoke, Lloyd went quiet.
"Also, they're taking those other pesky ninja with them. How nice of me to bring you some company."

"You captured all of them?" Lloyd asked  in fear.
"Let me think, the white one with a silver skin color, what doesn't seem very healthy by the way. Plus a red one, black, blue and .. am I forgetting one? The girl with the black hair, I was told she was wearing a weird suit." Astor spoke his thoughts.

"What about the grey ninja?" Lloyd carefully asked, hoping for a somehow positive answer.
But instead he received weird loud laughter from Astor.

"You mean your precious little y/n?" Astor asked, slowly watching Lloyd's reaction as he continued speaking.
"Can't complain about her, I'll never forget her vanilla scent filling my nostrils when she's close to me." Astor said, not keeping his eye of Lloyd as he kept provoking him. "And don't even get me started on those soft lips of hers.."

"You touched her?!" Lloyd shouted out in denial, the thought of it made him sick.
"Don't worry, she won't even be here." Astor shrugged his shoulders in disinterest while sitting down at a sofa chair one of his men placed.

"What did you do to her?" Lloyd asked, his anger taking over him.
"I just left her there, with the birds." Astor replied shrugging his shoulders, leaving Lloyd confused.

"She'll come, and you can't stop that." Lloyd spoke, having his last hope on y/n. He knew that once she found his location, she would be there in no time.

Astor got annoyed by Lloyd's talking and walked into the elevator, that got up in a really slow tempo.

Lloyd sat down in his cage, rethinking the whole situation when he suddenly heard the doors open.
Five of his teammates walked in with a gun pointed at their backs, their hands in cuffs.

"Lloyd? What are you doing here, weren't you with y/n?" Kai asked and received a push from the man holding him.

"No talking." The man coldly spoke as he led the five new hostages further into the room.
All of them stood in a line with a few inches of space between them, suddenly the men holding them stepped away. But before the ninja could run they heard sounds of chains from above them, five cages fell down from the ceiling. All five were captured, just like Lloyd.

The men walked away, two of them high fiving each other excitedly.
The six ninja exchanged worried looks.
"Where's y/n?" Nya asked Lloyd, not expecting him to be here.

Lloyd explained everything Astor did to him, and mentioned that Astor had gotten hands of the parchment from the monastery.

"At least we know y/n's still out there." Cole said, trying to somehow sound hopeful.

Meanwhile y/n ran roof to roof trough the city, still not seeing any sign of the ninja.
Until she saw a glimpse of movement at the sewers, not sure if she had imagined it she decided to check it out.

She teleported herself underground catching the sight of a group of men in suits, it's Astor's men.
They pressed a small button in the wall, entering a code.

Y/n had no idea what the numbers of the code were, but she did now they led to an elevator when the men stepped in.
She didn't need one, she teleported behind the wall and landed on top of the elevator going down.

"Boss will be happy when we bring him this last paper." She heard one of the voices say beneath her.
"We can maybe even get promoted, since we also caught those other five ninja.." One of the men spoke and the others laughed.
They have the others? Y/n thought, now it was confirmed she was alone in this.

Suddenly the elevator stopped and y/n stumbled at the sudden movement. "Did you hear that?" A third voice spoke and the other men looked up, y/n held her breath and lied dead still on top of the elevator.
"This base is so broke." The first voice said and y/n heard the footsteps leave the elevator, suddenly it shoot up.

Y/n looked above her and saw a ceiling, knowing she will get crushed if the elevator reached the top.
Quickly she teleported herself inside, just in time for her to be safe.

She looked around and pressed the seventh button, while listening to the conversation of the men inside the elevator she had counted the floors they went down.
Once it opened she walked into a room filled with weapons, this can't be right.

Y/n looked around and quickly grabbed a pair of smaller knives, knowing they were Astor's favorite.
She wanted to look around further but then heard Kai's voice above her.
"Two Lloyd's!!" He said, y/n smiled knowing Lloyd was there. But so was Astor, and she had to be careful.

She stepped into the elevator again, pressing the button to go one floor up.
"The elevator is having a malfunction again sir." Y/n heard a voice say before she pressed a button that opened the doors.

"It seems to work just fine." She smirked when everyone looked at her in surprise.
"The special guest we've all been waiting for. Please y/n, take a seat." Astor spoke, still looking like Lloyd.

"I won't let you get away this time, Jake." Y/n spoke, her saying Jake clearly upsetting him.
"I would worry about your way out more, princess." Astor said as he pointed around the room, showing the only way out was the elevator, now guarded by four men.

"You're forgetting one thing then." Y/n said, trusting in her powers. She had it all worked out, this would be easy.
She would one by one teleport in each of the cages and get the ninja out in a second.

"No, you're forgetting one thing." Astor spoke, laughing at y/n who seemed confused by his comment.
