It was nighttime, and Sara was on the rooftop, patrolling again. She stood at the rooftop before hearing someone behind her. The figure drew their bow while looking at Sara in silence.
"What are you doing here?"
Sara asked as she tilted her head and spoke to them.

Three arrows were shot at Sara in the abdomen, and she was sent tumbling off the roof down into the alley below her where her sister, Laurel Lance, had found her.

When I saw Sara's dead body, I slowly went over to the table she was on. Flaming tears began to well up in my eyes as I saw her cold, dead, lifeless body lying there. Oliver walked up behind me, took me into his arms, and hugged me as I cried. Felicity went to Dig and cried in his arms while Roy hugged Laurel. Laurel stood near Oliver and me and cried out that it wasn't fair. Because we recently had Sara back in our lives, and now she is dead, really dead this time. I was trying to figure out who would do this, but by the black arrows, I knew it was Malcolm Merlyn. But why did he kill Sara? What were his intentions here? There was a deeper meaning behind this. We also realized that we couldn't tell Captain Lance. Laurel had pointed out that if we had told him, it wouldn't have done so well for him or his health.
So, for the time being, we were doing an autopsy on Sara, then put her in a deep freezer till we could bury her at the cemetery. While they talked, I went to the rafters to think. I always liked going up there; it gets me away from everyone else. I light a fire in my hand and stare into the flames, letting my mind go blank, my stare getting lost in the fire.
