Aurora's POV
I wake to an empty bed. I sit up abruptly and look around, but Kaede and Acyn are nowhere to be seen. I slide out of Acyn's bed, noticing a large t shirt and underwear laid out for me in the recliner chair across the room. I lift it gently and bring it to my nose and inhale.
It's Acyn's. I'd know his scent anywhere.
Smiling, I dress and head out towards the kitchen. I hear them before I see them, but when I come into view, they both turn, and I blush. They're both in pyjama pants, bare-chested and all the memories rush back in of what exactly we did last night.
"Darling, you look ravishing in my shirt. And those bare legs? Divine." Acyn compliments and I blush harder as I walk over to them. Kaede embraces me first. "How are you feeling? Okay?"
I nod. "A little sore, but I'm okay I promise." He kisses my forehead, and I look up at him. "Honestly, I'm okay. Last night was..."
"Hot." Acyn comes up behind and places a small kiss on my neck.
I chuckle. "That among other things. Do we need to cleanup from the party?" I ask and they both shake their heads as I look between them. "All done already." Kaede states as he goes over to the coffee machine and begins to pull mugs out for all three of us and pours coffee into each of them.
"2 milk 1 sugar, right?" Kaede asks and I nod. I watch him make the coffee, pretty much drooling at his physique on display. Acyn pinches my arm lightly and I gasp and blush.
Busted.
We all go and sit at the kitchen island, sipping coffee in comfortable silence.
Seems like we all needed the caffeine first.
"What's the plan for today then if we don't have to clean up?" Both respond at the same time, "A day off with you." Kaede continues, "Whatever you want to do but we wanted to show you something first." I scrunch my face. "Okay..." I trail off, a little weary, but Acyn grabs my hand, and we all walk past both of their bedrooms and into a new area of the house that I'm not familiar with. I know that they were doing renovations in this house ages ago, but it seems like some things are still ongoing as we walk past some tools and paint cans and brushes.
"Where are we." I go to ask but Acyn claps his hand over my eyes before I can finish. "What the hell, Acyn?" He chuckles. "Easy darling beloved. Watch your step."
They both lead me for a few more steps and I hear a door open and a familiar sound as we all walk into the room.
They didn't.
Acyn lowers his hand, and I raise mine up to my mouth to stifle my cry that threatens to escape.
"When did you do this?" I ask, my throat tightening with emotion. "The moment you said yes to being our beloved." Kaede smiles at me and my tears fall freely.
I take a few steps forward on the dark hardwood floor of the studio – my studio – in their house. The large mirror in front of the bar is draped with dark grey and forest green fabric. I notice it's similarly designed to my own at home. It has a darker touch to it though. Kaede and Acyn clearly put their own touches on it. This isn't for a pretty ballerina, it's for a dark one.
"This is honestly so thoughtful." I say as I turn to face them both.
"We thought it would be a good idea for you to have a place to practice when you're here with us, and obviously when we all live on our own, we will design another one for you."
"Seriously you two, this is wonderful. Thank you." I walk in their direction and pull them closer to me, a kiss for both sweetly on the lips as a thank you.
"Did you want to practice? We got you some shoes." Kaede asks and I clap my hands together and nod excitedly. "Uh yes please."
Kaede walks over to a little closet in the far corner and brings out a pair of pointe shoes for me and I happily take them from him. "Did you get other supplies?" Kaede nods and brings out a little kit for me, with thread, needles, pliers and glue, among other things.
"Do I want to know how you know what supplies to get to break in a new pair of pointe shoes?"
"We pay attention, darling. Get those shoes prepped and let's see that beautiful, strong body practice."
Always watching me, and I love every second of it.
