Brother's Keeper (wtm)

Ollivander

Outside back in Diagon Alley, Iris, Harry, and Hagrid are walking through the street. Harry has bought most of his equipment and Iris already bought everything she needed. "I still need... a wand" Harry informs Hagrid.

"We missed them getting their wands," Lily said tearfully.

 "A wand? Well, yeh'll want Ollivanders" Hagrid says pointing to the store "There ain't no place better. Why don't you run along there and wait. I just got one more thing I got to do. Won't be long."

Iris and Harry go into the store, quietly. He looks around. There are shelves of wands in boxes, but no people.

" Hello? Hello?" Harry softly called out then, a noise came from the back, and a man appeared on a ladder and looked at Harry and his sister. The man is Ollivander and he smiles.

"aww look how cute young Harry was," Draco says Harry looks beyond offended at his boyfriend "I am still cute Iris says so all the time!" Looking at Iris for confirmation causing her to just nod. Before leaning over to her mom and whispering "Should I tell him I do it to mock him" Her mother laughs shaking her head saying "No he is like his dad It is best to let him think you were genuine" causing Iris to nod.

Draco noticing his boyfriend's pouting then leans over whispering something in Harry's ear causing Harry to go beet red in his face. While Klaus just looks disgusted at the couple and complains about having supernatural hearing.

"I wondered when I'd be seeing you, Mr. Potter. Ms. Potter good to see you again how is your wand treating you?" Ollivander asks with a smile to the young witch Iris smiles at the older man saying "It's still as perfect as the day I got it" Ollivander smiles and says "It seems only yesterday that your mother and father were in here buying their first wands."

 He then goes to pick a wand "Ah. Here we are" he said handing it to Harry. Harry holds it, but does nothing " Well, give it a wave." Harry is hesitant but waves the wand. This causes most of the boxes to come flying out and crashing down. Harry jumps and hurriedly puts the wand back on the counter causing Iris to chuckle at her younger brother. 

James laughs loudly with his daughter while Lily says "My poor baby" causing Harry to get embarrassed as the great hall joins in laughter.

 "Apparently not," Ollivander says while getting another wand from a box. "Perhaps this." he continues. Harry waves the wand at a vase, which shatters, startling Harry. " No, no, definitely not! No matter" Ollivander says and gets another wand from a box but stops and becomes thoughtful "I wonder... " he says under his breath. Ollivander hands the wand to Harry. No sooner after he touched it, Harry suddenly glows under it, blowing his hair up and several of the paperwork in the background. Ollivander looked a bit surprised and deep in thought. "Curious. Very curious" he mumbles.

 "Sorry, but what's curious?" Harry questioned the older wizard.

Ollivander continues examining the wand he gave to Harry. "I remember every wand I've ever sold, Mr. Potter. It just so happens that the phoenix, whose tail feather resides in your wand gave another feather, just one other. It is curious that you should be destined for this wand when its brother gave you and your sister those scars." Pointing to the lightning bolt scar on Harry's forehead and the nail marks on Iris's neck. Iris's eyes widen at the reminder of that night she vaguely remembers but is still confused about who came after them and why.

People are about to start accusing the Potter boy of being evil before glancing at the last girl who accused him of something to see her whimpering by herself still covered in zits. People seeing this decide to think better and keep their mouths shut Iris noticing this smirks in satisfaction.
