Brother's Keeper (wtm)

In a cage

Harry and Iris are in their new bedroom looking at the picture book that Hagrid had given to Harry at the end of his first year at Hogwarts; they look at the picture of them with their parents, Iris and Harry both staring at the picture longingly. Harry turns the page to look at a picture of him with his closest friends, and he then hears his owl Hedwig chirping and hooting in her cage. "I can't let you out, Hedwig. I'm not allowed to use magic outside of school. [Hedwig nibbles at her lock, squawking loudly] Besides, if Uncle Vernon--." Harry says before being cut off by Vernon angrily yelling their names from downstairs.

Lily looks confused at her children "Did they move is that why you are able to have a room?" 

Harry and Iris exchange a look before Harry tells his mother "No that was Dudley's second bedroom. They gave it to us because they were scared of Iris and Iris threatened them with a certain hybrid."  Harry finished seeing the proud look on the hybrid's face.

Some looked at Klaus like he would be angry at being used as a threat but no one knew that the hybrid has and will kill for a lot less. So killing to defend the girl who is his best friend and future mother figure to his daughter he would do it without a second thought and it wouldn't be quick. Klaus smiles thinking of the ways to do it.

Lily and the maurders are feeling their blood boil they had an extra bedroom and still shoved them in a cupboard. Before they could go on a rant the movie started back up making them take deep breaths knowing they probably wouldn't like what they see.

Iris takes a deep dramatic breath before going downstairs to her personal hell. Harry glances downstairs then looks at Hedwig before closing his book and following his sister "Now you've done it" he mumbles to Hedwig as he passes. 

In the kitchen, Petunia is working on a cake as Iris and Harry enter. Petunia looks at them before motioning them off to Vernon.

Iris and Harry enter the living room, where Uncle Vernon is getting Dudley dressed up.

Vernon sternly looks at the two "I'm warning you. If you can't control that bloody bird, it'll have to go." Making Iris feel grateful that Killian stays outside. Harry thought that since they were giving them a room it meant they might have changed and be nicer boy was he wrong.

"Boy, I was naive!" Harry said watching this back ignoring the pitying looks being sent his way.

 "But she's bored. If I could only let her out for... an hour or two" Harry tried again to convince his uncle.

Vernon chuckles "So you can send secret messages to your freaky little friends? No, sir."

"But I haven't had any messages from any of my friends. Not one. All summer." Harry says sadly they have tried using Killian but never got a response. Iris having the same thoughts as her brother can't help worrying something could have gone wrong and Klaus could be in danger since he always responds but hasn't.

Kol gives his brother a deadly look "Why would you do that to her!"  Klaus just gives him a look and turns away knowing he felt the same as Iris when he figured out she wasn't receiving his letters in fact he got so worried that he went to England.

Cedric, Ron, and Hermione feel uncomfortable with the glares still feeling guilty even though it wasn't their fault. Harry and Iris seeing the glares jump in to try to save the situation "It is not what it seems like please just watch." Iris snuggled more into Kol with little James in her lap calming Kol down in the process.

Dudley scoffs "Who would want to be friends with you?" He bumps into Harry harshly as he goes to walk by. Making Iris angry and subtly stick her foot out to trip him without anyone noticing making him face plant into the floor. Iris then gasps out in shock acting in concern to help him up but as she bends down to help him she heats up her hands making him whimper "You should  really be careful Dudley... would hate for something to happen to you." Dudley whimpers before running out of the room making Iris give a slight unnoticeable smirk.
