Chapter 1

Hi my name is Malini, I am a law student studying at St. Jefferey's college. I am currently in my last year of college. I don't have family, it's just me, myself and I. I consider my friends my family, and then there is JD sir, whom all students, including me, love. He is an amazing professor and honestly has taught me to be myself, I am so grateful for him.

"Ei Malini nee variya illaya?" Sri asked
(Hey Malini are you coming?)

"Ethukku?" I asked him again
(For what?)

"Sir ah paakka thaan. Antha rendu paradesiyal panna velaikku namma JD sir suspend aagirukkaru. Sari nee variya illaya?" Sri said
(To see sir. Our JD sir got suspended for the things those 2 arseholes did. Are you coming or not?)

"Nee vantha sariyah irukkum, nee sonna sir kepparu." Vicky friend said
(It would be right if you came, sir will listen to you)

"Dei, anga naan vanthu ennatha sollrathu? Plan pannathu mulukka neenga thaane." I said
(What am I supposed to do by coming there, you guys planned it all)

"Tch, Malini, vaa Malini." Sri said
(Tch, come Malini)

"Sari varen." I said following him.
(Fine, I'll come)

We went in the meeting hall where the principal was holding a meeting with the police.

"Sir, pls sir, naanga sollratha konjam kelunga sir." I said
(Sir pls sir listen to what we are saying sir)

"Ellarum paarunga, intha catch the mouse game lam thevaiyilla. Ithukku ellam JD thaan karanamnu ellarukkum theriyum. Athaane unmai?" the principal said
(Look here everyone let's not play the catch the mouse game. We all know JD is behind this. That is the truth right?)

(No sir, it really isn't)

"Who?! Who your father?" he asked and I scoffed

(Why would I be the way I am if I had a dad?)

(Sir look here, you all know what happened to Saveetha. Do you know what the two arseholes who harassed her did-)

"Hey, hey, hey mind your words. Spit the gum first." he told Sri, who the took the gum out his mouth.

"I said throw it out?!" the principal said getting frustrated."

"Sir inippu innum pohala sir, ponathakku aprom veliya poi potturren sir." Sri said making the guys break into laughter.
(Sir the sweetness isn't gone, I'll throw it out outside sir.)

"Tch, summa irungada. Sir avala sexual ah harass panna antha rendu mahaankalaiyum, neenga oru vaaram suspend panninga, athu paththalanu naanga police complaint vera kuduththom. (Be quiet, sir the two boys who harassed Saveetha were suspended for a week. Because that wasn't enough we even gave a police complaint. But the police let us roam around for 4 to 5 days. Then we found out that that Aathik's father is a big businessman and apparently was planning to send the 2 to Canada. So Sri and the boys went to their house to ask about it.)

"Nadavula nee yaaru maa?" sir asked me
(Who are you in the middle?)

"Vanakkam sir, en peru Malini, ungazhukku kooda theriyume." I said
(Hello sir, my name is Malini. You know too?)

"Enna nakkalah?" he asked annoyed
(What is the sarcasm for?)

"Pinna enna sir? Naanga nadanthatha thaan sollrom, nambulena ponga, aana ithaan nadanthuchi. JD sirukkum ithukkum entha samanthamum illa." I said holding my ground
(What do expect sir? We are telling you what happened. If you don't believe us, that's not our problem but we are telling the truth when we say JD sir had nothing to do with this)

"Nee sollrathu ellam sariya irukkattum aanalum-". I cut him off
(Let what your saying be right but-)

(Sir if you want more details you should ask Sri, because after this in this story I have no scenes)

"Thank you." Sri said

Flashback for Sri and the boys:

Sri and the boys were standing in a line watching everything that was happening.

(Hi sir, thy haven't left the house. I think they are still inside but one thing for sure is that they are planning something big. New people are coming and going to the house. Sir, sir! I hear them talking, I think they are coming outside!)

"Dei vangada!" Sri shouted, to everyone there, getting on his bike.
(Hey come)

"Sir avangunga renduperum veetula iruthu kelumbitanga sir." Sri said as everyone folliwed on their bikes behind the car. At one point, they got out of the car and got on a bus.
(Sir the two of them left the house)

"Sir renduperum v70 bus la eri poranga sir." Sri said and JD sir hung up on him.
(Sir they got on the v70 bus)

"Tch, enna cut pannittaru?" Sri asked himself while opening his messgaes to see a winky face emoji message from JD sir.
(Why did he hang up?)

Back to reality:

"Aprom sir, vanthu auto la erittanga. Entha auto nu paaththa, namma Jamil anna auto. Anga thaan sir enga kitta dokka vanthu maatikkittanga sir." Sri said.
(Then sir they got in an auto and when we went to check it Jamil brother's auto. That's where they got caught by us)

"Aprom pasangalam senthu avangala round up panni stationukku kootittu poittanga sir. Illada?" Sri asked everyone
(And then the boys round them up and took them to the station, right boys?)

"Ama sir." they all said in chorus
(Yes sir)

"So, ithellam nee thaan panna?" sir asked
(So you did all of this?)

"Ama sir." they said in chorus
(Yes sir)

"JD kkum, ithukkum, samanthame illa?" he asked
(JD wasn't involved?)

"Saththiyama illa sir." they said in chorus
(He really wasn't involved sir)

"Sir antha payanunga, unga staff JD thaan pannanu sollranga sir. Ivanga poi sollranga sir." the police officer said
(Sir those boys are clearly saying JD did all of this, these boys are lying)

"Athu enakkum theriyum sir, JD is the culprit here?!" sir said
(I know sir, JD is the culprit here)

The door opened and someone came in saying that the Minister was here. The principal got up and left.

"Enna ivar avaru paattukke poittu irukkaru, ippo ennada panrathu?" I asked Sri
(What is he doing? He is going all by himself without listening?)

"Ethacyachum panni paappom. Just wait and see." Sri said
(We'll do something, just wait and see)

"Hm hm, intha dialogue-kku mattum koraichal illa. Ethayachum pannunga." I said leaving ahead of them.
(Yh yh, you don't have anything better do than give punch dialogues. I know that too, hurry up and do something.)
