Chapter 8

*That same day*
Charu maam and people from our college came to help out with the Juvenile stuff.

"Eii Malini! Epdi irukka, paaththu romba naal achula?" Sri ran up to me and asked
(Hey Malini! How are you, it's been days since I've seen you!)

"Naan romba nalla irukken, neengalam epdi irukkinga? Collegelayum ungala pidikka mudila, college veliyavum paakka mudila." I said
(I'm doing well, how about you guys? I can't see you in college nor can I see you outside of college...)

"Amaala? Sari inga naanga enna pannanum?" Sri asked me looking around the place
(Right? So what do we do here?)

"Innaikku, namma clean pannanum."
I said looking at him
(Today we have to clean)

"College la irukkuratha vida vera enna velai seithalum parvalandra mathiri irukku." he said as we stopped walking and started getting ready clean and paint
(It's better than being at college at this point)

I just laughed.

"Yekkov!" a boy called out to me
(Hey sister?)

"Ennada?" I asked him
(What?)

"Intha vaathi enna periya ivano. Yaara kettalam enga mudiyila lai vaikkuraru?" he asked me and I just stood there shocked
(Who does this Master think he is? Who did he ask before putting his hands on us?)

"Dei ennada nee, chinna paiyana irukka? Un peru ennada?" I asked him trying to hold in laughter
(Why? You're a small boy as well. What's your name?)

"Inga paaru kaa, enga thalaivan peru Undiyal. Chinna paiyana irunthalum, enga thalaivanna enna summava?" another boy told me
(Look here, our leader's name is Undiyal. And don't judge him cos he's small)

"Padra. Chi pongada, ellam unga nallathukaha thaan unga vaathi pandraru, unakku ethachum complaint pannanumna avar kittaye poi sollidu. Pongada!" I said shooing them off while returning back to doing what I was doing
(Look at this. Chi go away. He's doing everything for your own good. If you want to make a complaint go tell him. Go!)

I was doing the work, when I saw that Saveetha and Bhargav were nowhere to be seen. I walked around the area to see they were having a seemingly nice conversation.

"Yepa theivangala naanga inga ethakkaha vanthirukkom?" I asked them getting there attention.
(My dear angels, what are we here for?)

"Clean panna." answered Saveetha
(To clean)

"Neenga ippo enna pandringa?" I asked her
(What are you doing right now?)

"Clean pan-" Bhargav was saying but I cut him off.
(Clea-)

"Vantha velaya paathuttu poi vera engayachum irunthu unga romance ah continue pannunga." I said making way for them the come out and continue soing the work
(Finish the cleaning and then continue your romance somewhere else ok?)

"Yaaruda invangala onna pottathu?" I shouted gaining everyones attention as they laughed
(Who out them together?)

Soon Das and group came up to us and unzipped their pants.

"Chi, ivanungalukku vera vela illa." I muttered under my breath
(Chi, these people don't have anywhere else to do this stuff)

As they finished, I waited for Das to pass me before sticking my leg and tripping him over. He winced and looked over at me walking towards me but Bhargav and Sri stood in the way.

"Unna-" he came at me
(You-)

"Chi poda, loosu." I shouted at him laughing
(Oi go away)

Soon everyone left, and it was just me by myself walking around the place.
Suddenly Undiyal came up to me.

"Yekkov, nee thaan engalukku naalailu irunthu class edukkuriyame?" he said
(Hey sister, apparently your the one taking our lessons from tomorrow?)

"Aamanda? Enda?" I asked
(Yh, why?)

"Illa kaa, vaathi sonnaru athaan kettan." he said walking off.
(No, master said so I just asked)

I was tired so I went to the room where I was staying and fell asleep.
