Calm herself down.Okay, Abi… Just breathe and focus. Breathe and focus…
Right now what she needed to do was get help somehow.
First things first, calling the authorities like any responsible pup would do! Abi digs through her pockets a bit, huh…? Did she drop something or… Nevermind! She pulls out her phone and dials 911!
Only to get a flat line on the other end… “Dang it!” Whoever did all of this clearly planned well, they must've cut the lines…
Okay, if she couldn't get anyone from outside yet then maybe she could trying finding someone inside, like other survivors…
But who…?
A. You know “who.”
B. Wait, aren't there any other choices?
(Go to Part 1, B for "You know who", and continue for "Other choices."

Other choices…
Who exactly did Abi know that she could get help from right now…? Obviously she couldn't go back for Oreo, he did what he did for a reason.
Then who else…? Maybe… Oh no. Nonono.
Molly.
That's who. There's NO way Abi willingly ask her for help though, even in an apocalypse.
Still though, an apocalypse is an apocalypse. It'd be stupid to let some personal grudge get in the way… So, why not…?
Where would she be anyways? Well, it was about mid-day, and Molly was apart cheerleading team here, plus Abi DID know that she liked to practice in-between breaks so… The gymnasium it was.
Which just so happened to be on the first floor, while she was on the second, what a surprise!

The halls were caked with the pink gore of both cats and dogs at this point, a sight that made Abi feel more disgusted than ever.
Thankfully that train of thought got interrupted by a rather high pitched scream. Oh hey, there she is!
Abi dashed after the noises source, kicking down a pair of gym doors, and by kicking down I mean gently opening.
Only to be meant with not Molly barely fending for her life, but instead completely exhausted, covered in blood, hair messed up, strawn about blazer uniform and everything. She looked like she had seen a damn war. Was that a baseball bat too…?
And just to add onto to even more, her expression literally said everything. Sweet cats… “You…” If anyone was going to find her first, she did NOT expect it to be Abi.
Abi wasn't making it anything better herself with that smirk on her face. “Looks like I was right about you~” Oh how the tables turn…
See, this is why Molly would preferred literally anyone else over her! “Oh my god, don't you realize that-!”
She realized that she should probably shut up, leaving them both in awkward silence.
Just enough for the black and white border collie to speak up first. “Look, I know how you are but do you wanna stick together for now…?” Abi wasn't going to hold it over Molly's head, or well she was, just not now.
