after a while, my brother finally left us alone.

"he was certainly..." Robin paused, looking for the right word.

"over protective?" i laughed. "a hot head? a complete and total dumbass?"

"yes." Robin laughed with me, leaning in for a kiss.

i kissed him back, wrapping my arms around him. he made his way down, kissing my neck and down to my breasts, pulling my nightgown down. he looked up at me, "We really shouldn't."

"we shouldn't." i giggled. "but i really dont want you to stop."

"ill be gentle." he started to suck my nipple gently, twirling his tongue around it.  he pulled my gown down farther. i could see where i had been impaled, it was not fully healed but i did not feel it too bad. it would leave a scar though.

Robin gently kissed around the wound and went even lower. he went right down to my lower regions, gently kissing and swirling his tongue inside and outside.

the feeling had me moaning with pleasure, a feeling i had never felt before.

"Astraea dear." Carlisle's voice came from the door. "your mother would like to know if you will be joining us for din...." he paused, face going red. "i  am so sorry, i will come back later." he quickly left the room.

Robin looked up at me. "does no one know how to knock in this palace?"

"no, no they do not." said, face going red.

"we are installing locks." Robin said with a straight face.

we stared at each other for a moment and both busted out laughing.

"i think we traumatized him." i laughed.

"we should get dressed." Robin pulled my night gown back up. "you you think you can handle going to dinner?"

i nodded. "as long as i have your help."

"that i can do." he kissed the top of my head.

"can you pick out a dress for me?" i asked him as he stood. "something that is not too tight."

"absolutely." he walked over to the wardrobe, digging through for a bit.

"perhaps i can help, your majesty." Lunar entered the room.

Robin turned to me. "like i said, locks."

i couldnt help but laugh.

"what?" Lunar looked confused. "Carlisle sent me to see if the two of you were decent."

"of course he did." i laughed.

Lunar walked over and pulled a simple flowing dress made of blue silk from the wardrobe and handed it to Robin. "this one shouldnt be too rough on her injury."

"thank you Lunar." i said from the bed, sitting up a bit. "can you let my mother know that i will be at dinner tonight?"

"as you wish." he bowed to me then Robin and left.

"did he just bow to me?" i looked at Robin as he walked back over.

"he respects that you are my wife." Robin said. "and believe it or not, after you tried to be the sacrifice and then saved us all, he has grown to respect you as a queen."

i nodded, i would have to remember to talk to Lunar and thank him.

Robin walked over the a table and grabbed a wash basin, returning and sitting next to me. "it is best that we do not submerge your wound right now."

i nodded. "okay,"

he helped me take my nightgown off carefully. he gently wiped me down with a cloth. "this should do it."

"thank you." i smiled at my husband as he helped me into the dress.

he helped me to my feet. "can you take me to the vanity?"

he helped me walk over and sit. i picked up the brush sitting on top and started to brush my hair. "what the hell?" i looked closer. my hair was its came yellow-blond but it had a streak of black going off the side. my ears were also pointed like a fairies. i looked at Robin. "you never told me that i changed? when did this happen?"

"when your father and i saved you." he answered. "are are technically part fairy, but without the whole binding you to one of us."

"so no wings?" i joked, looking at my back.

"no wings." he smiled at me, lifting my chin to look at him, "do you want to fly away from me?"

"never." i answered, kissing him once more.

i looked back in the mirror. i saw the golden rose etched into my neck, it was beautiful, a sign of our love.

"ready?" he asked me when i set my brush down.

"ready." i smiled, as he carefully helped me up.

he walked me to the door slowly. i winced in pain with every step. "are you sure you can do this?"

i nodded, looking up at him. "i would really like to have a meal with my family."

"well then." he carefully picked me up. "hold on then."

"Robin," i hid my face in his shoulder. "this is embarrassing."

we made our way down the hall, going down the flight of stairs and to the banquet hall.

"how do you know where to go?" i asked him.

"your mother showed me around when you were asleep," he answered. "you father was caring for you at that point."

he pushed open the door.

"there she is." mother said.

i peaked over, my entire family were standing as we entered.

Mother, father, Uncle Thorne, Aunt Lilliana, Cousins Catharine and Leo. Uncle Alexander, Aunt Alana, and cousins, Serenity and Vivienne. Uncle Carlisle and Lunar. and my siblings, Alex, Althie, Anna, Aaron, Amie, Aurora, and Amethyst. everyone was there.

Robin walked me over to the table and sat me in the chair right next to mother, who sat at the head of the table. Robin sat on my other side. everyone else sat and meals were served.
