"A-Akashi! Please wait, I can't catch up with you." You said through uneven breaths.
Though, after saying your complaint to the redhead , he still continued to tug on your arm until you two arrived into a secluded area, where there were less than ten people.
You two were behind a big cherry blossom tree. The air was thick and tensed, not that you'd expect it to be.
It was quite awkward as well, not to mention that for an amount of days, this very man that is currently standing in front of you, completely ignored you for days and even called you a stalker and now, just a few minutes, proclaimed that you are his fiancée, and even kissed you in front of everyone as your rival fainted into ashes.
It's totally normal.
After a few minutes with no words being exchanged, you decided to break the silence.
"So... fiancée? " You gulped down nervously, immediately regretting what you had said after feeling the air grew and grew more tensioned and more awkward than it is.
"Look at me." Akashi said, making you tensed up. He just ordered you to look into his eyes and that's nothing to be nervous at all!
It's nervewracking.
You hesitantly looked up, (E/C) eyes meeting the same eyes that you knew, his heterochromatic orbs that are slowly burning through your own irises.
"Listen carefully to what I say because I will only say this once. " Akashi said as you nodded, inhaling deeply before breathing it out.
"This was all just a test." He smirked as you were left stuck in shock. Paralysim somewhat going through your body.
"From now on, you will act as my fiancée. Just act, it's not real, this will be just a realistic daydream for you. "
Your eyes widened, feeling like your hopes were too high up in the skies though solemnly broke into shards, falling all down in one swift motion.
"Act as your... fiancée? Why couldn't you just picked Megumi if its going to be just an act?" You sighed, crossing your arms.
Akashi sighed before replying to your question.
"If I married that hallucinating woman, my father would retire and give me the company instead. "
You furrowed your eyebrows at him, like he was somewhat crazy. It's like a heavenly opportunity to be owning a company.
"What is so bad with that?"
"I do not want the company, I don't care about the business he has running in his mind. To prevent my father from giving me his company, I decided to a find a girl who willing to act as my fiancée. "
"And that would be you, (F/N)." He added as you just wanted to hide in the rainforests of amazon in shame.
"A-Act as your fiancée?! That's hard and I'm not doing it. " You said through gritted teeth, anger flowing through your body.
"I'm suddenly starting to question myself." You thought.
"I can't believe that I went as far on disobeying my brother just to prove my useless love for you." You muttered quietly hoping that he hadn't heard it.
"Useless love, (F/N)? It's not useless, idiot. With that, acting as my fiancée would be just effortless for you." Akashi shrugged his shoulders off.
"I'm not doing that." You finalized as you sighed and decided to walk away, simply walk away from Akashi and away from the cherry blossom tree.
Before you could even take three steps, you were tugged by the arm as Akashi turned you around, faces literally inches away as his hot breath hit your cheek everytime he exhaled.
"How dare you disobey the Red Emperor."
