As I wave Soobin out, I sigh relieved. I'm great full someone has my back in a world full of evil.

"Sohee?"
Who calls my name like that so casually again? I flip my head, and see Yeonjun's best friend, since Highschool.

"San-oppa?.."
I stare astonished.

"You look so different..."
We both stand there dazed at each other's appearance it was almost breathtaking.

I laugh breaking the awkward silence,
"San, what's this? You look so different now?"
I tease.

"I can say the same.. you cut your hair shorter. What can I say? It suits you well."
He blushes. It was cute.

"But seriously, you look... so different."
I remember when San was a little scrawny, adorable almost. He's like an older brother to me. Well, Yeonjun and him.

"Aha, well for the past 5 years I was quite committed to the gym."
He gets embarrassed when he's in the spotlight or gets complimented.
Still the same, yet he still has the stone old scary face.

"Well! I heard the news of you and Yeonjun, congratulations."
He smiles, making his reason here pretty clear.
I haven't seen him in so long, I honestly wish he came to visit without the thought of Yeonjun.

"So?... how do you feel?"
He asks, probably thinking I'm happy.

Highschool.

Like I remember, San, Yeonjun and I were a trio. We all got along.

"Sohee, don't try to hide it."
San and I sat in a classroom eating lunch together alone. My palms got sweaty, what is he talking about? It better not be about Yeonjun.

"Hm?"
He say nonchalantly acting oblivious.

"You like Yeonjun."
He says bluntly staring right into my soul.

"How'd you know!"
I groan, it was a matter of time before someone would find out. Normally I'd be stubborn and deny it. But how could I hide it from San.. maybe he can put me on.

"Quite obvious."
He cunningly smirks.

I roll my eyes,
"You better not tell him or else."
Threatening him.

He raises his hands in surrender,
"Okay okay!"
He laughs, "What will I get in return if I don't tell him?"

"Money."
I say seriously, not afraid to spend it to keep his mouth shut. My dad's a CEO and he knows it.

"I'm just joking Sohee, it's been a while since I've seen you worked up. No one teases you good except for Yeonjun. I wanted to see something other than your nonchalant face... but anyway, I'm not money greedy. I'm your friend, I wouldn't do anyone that dirty."
He goes back to eating his lunch peacefully. I knew I could count on San, he's honest, kind and loyal. Everything you could ask for in a friend.

"You're the best."
I sigh in relief.

"Well let's go see Yeonjun now, he's probably playing basketball with the popular kids at the school yard right now."
We pack up our lunch.

"He's really getting close to the popular kids now."
I talk shit as we walk.

"Hm, are you jealous?"
San teases.
I playfully punch his shoulder,
"I am! You should be to. Don't even think about teasing me. I'll finally be honest."

As we reach the yard, we walk right onto the sight of Yeonjun hugging Chaeyoung.
We both look at them stunned.

I didn't feel well, I wanted to rip her hair out. But all I could do was watch.
They were then about to kiss.
San covered my eyes with his big hands to comfort me, but unfortunately I witnessed them through the gap of his fingers.
