AUTHORS NOTE!!~~
Yay!! Finally made it to the end of love procedure!
In this note I'll just be covering the whole process of this and what I was inspired by. So please read if you want to.
So first off, if you enjoyed this. Thank you.
If you didn't.. erm, it's okay because I'd have to admit some flaws, it's too corny and too fast.
The reason I made it too fast was because I was in a rush so don't blame me guys.Plus whenever I write simple stories like these I don't start with any draft or anything. These are simply for fun and my imagination, no kidding I'd even consider this whole story a draft. Literally someone can go and edit this and make this whole story chapters longer than this.
For example, making Soobin and Sohee's secret meetings longer and giving them more time, more backstories of each character, what really happened between Soobin and Sohee's one year distance, etc.
but I wont go off because you'll realize how horrible the structure of this story was. So let's just say this whole story is a draft..Basically, I'm a dreamer like all writers first off.
I created Sohee off what I wished I was, (a baddie who was incredibly beautiful) low key I kinda am.. BUT! I also made Soobin up because I had no Soobin in my life to make me forget about my first love...Aka, Yeonjun. Yeonjun is based off my first love, unfortunately before writing this I was actually not going to make Sohee have any relationship with her arranged husband and just have a forbidden office romance with Soobin.
But honestly, I thought last minute it'd be more interesting if I inserted my first love.
Soobin was the guy I created because I wanted a guy like Soobin to help me forget. Unfortunately didn't get one. I wanted Soobin to say the things I always wanted to hear, just like how I wrote Sohee to say the things I wanted to say.
Of course, Chaeyoung is based on the girl who stole my man.. [insert rolling my eyes]
Didn't get the happy ending in real life so I was also debating whether to give Sohee a happy ending. Luckily I did, because honestly I love writing bad endings that are aesthetic and make the reader ponder but then I realize I hate those endings when other people do it..
So I decided not to be a hypocrite?
I wrote this in the summer and this summer is when my first love ghosted me brutally. That's when my K-pop phase came back. I was a massive K-pop fan until I had a crush on my first love. I started to get a little.. *cough* white washed.
I threw away all the "cringe" stuff I liked and became a boring person. It wasn't even to fit in mostly, it was because he became a priority I started to gear away from stuff and became attracted to what he liked.
But this summer, I realize that it was him that stopped me from enjoying the stuff I missed most. Like old BTS & Blackpink.
(Mainly K-pop before 2023)Off topic but I also enjoyed reading webtoon, that's when the big writer in me blossomed and when I mean webtoon I mean romance webtoon.
But I came back to webtoon this summer too.My first love has currently 47 long notes about him in my notes app, when I tell you they're poetic, let me tell you they are.
Then, I can't forget San. I wanted San to be also based off me and a reflection off Sohee. It wouldn't make sense for an attractive girl to be liked by nobody would it? Plus, I wanted San to be the actual older brother to lean on. He played a good part in supporting Sohee. I did want a San in my life. (Didn't get one either)
And last but not least, Mr. Kim isn't based off anyone. I just needed Sohee to have a backstory. Lol
Anyway, I really hope someone read this little note. Because this story is solely based off my love life.. (excluding Soobin) I'd say the Soobin's in my life were the boy bands I'd have the fattest crushes on.
*cough.* San, jungkook, Soobin, Tom Kaulitz..
