Chapter Nine

(A/N) hey guys! so idk how long the book will be but i'm shootin for at least 25.. but the last book i wrote was suppose to be 25 but ended up bein only 21 so idk for sure yet but i'll update y'all! ENJOY MY LOVELIES🌹🌹🌹

What did he mean someone else? Has this happened to him before? I sighed then ran up the stairs and to Harry's room to find the door locked.

"Haz?" I said barely over a whisper.

He opened the door and let me in.

"I'm sorry." he sighed as he sat on his bed.

"It's not your fault." I smiled a little, "So.. what did you mean? When you said someone else?" I asked timidly and sat next to him.

"Before I knew I was gay, I dated a girl named Sam. She had n abusive boyfriend as well, she told me not to worry about him so I didn't, One day he ran into her on her way back to my house from the store. He raped her in an alleyway. We broke up the next day and I haven't heard from her since. I just don't an to loose you, Louis. I've come to like you too much." he smiled a little at the end and turned to looked at me.

"Oh, Harry. I'm so sorry." I said then wrapped my arm around his shoulders.

"It's okay, I just don't want to have to go through that pain again." he said and leaned into my side.

"Listen, I know you don't want me to do this, but I have to, okay? This will never go away, he will never go away. I'd rather risk this than him haunting us for the rest of our lives." I said and looked at his puffy, bloodshot eyes.

"Lou, I'm scared. What if the same thing happens to you? What if Ricky rapes you or hurts you or-"

"Harry! It's okay! You guys will be there with me. You'll be watching the whole time, okay?" I interrupted.

He sighed then looked at me, "If you're sure about this, I'll support it then." he smiled a small smile.

"Thank you!" I squealed in happiness then lunged on his lap and kissed him sloppily.

"Lou, as much as I'm enjoying this, they'll think we're shagging up here." he laughed as he pulled away from my lips after a few minute snog.

We got off the bed and walked back down the stairs to see everyone still sitting where we left them.

"So what's the plan, Jack?" I asked as Harry and I both sat on the love seat.

I sat at the table in the food court waiting for Ricky as I sipped on my drink.

"Are you okay, Lou?" Niall asked through the earpiece.

"Fine, just stay close, please. He should be here any minute now." I sighed as I saw Ricky appear through the doors of the mall.

He wore ripped, black skinnies with a red short sleeved shirt and a chain hanging from his pocket. His red shirt made his hazel eyes pop and his light brown hair was in a quiff.

"Hello, babe." he said and tried to kiss my lips.

"Woah, slow down tiger I said as I stood and hugged his slightly taller figure.

"So why did you need t meet me?" he asked as he sat across from me.

"I was actually thinking we could get back together." I said softly as I reached and grabbed his hand.

"Really? It's about time you came to your senses and dumped that loser, what was his name again? Larry?" he said.

"Harry." I laughed, "He wasn't good enough for me, I needed a real man, like yourself." I forced a smile, acting lessons are really coming in handy right now.

"Finally, I've been following you and sending you gifts. I just couldn't stay away from my Boobear." he said and squeezed my hand.

"Ricky Smith?" Jack's dad, an officer, asked.

"Yes?" he asked in confusion.

"You're under arrest for harassment." he said and pulled Ricky to his feet and handcuffed him.

"What?!" he yelled then looked over to me.

I took out the earpiece and took off the wire that was hidden under my shirt.

"You tricked me!" he yelled as the boys and girls came from behind me.

"You were out of control, Ricky!" Liam yelled as Harry came and wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me into his side.

"You'll pay for this, Tomlinson! I'm coming after you when I get out! I swear to it!" he yelled as they drug him away.

I gulped as Harry pulled me closer, "Don't worry, Boo, I won't let him come within fifty feet of you." he assured and kissed my temple.

I really wanted to believe him, I did, but I know what Ricky is capable of and I know he sticks to what he swears. He swore to come after me once he's out. I know he'll be in juvy again for a long time but if he behaves he can get out early like before.

"Louis, what're you thinking?" El asked as I snapped from my thoughts.

"That we need to get food, I'm starved." I laughed. I wasn't hungry, the last thing I wanted to do was eat, but I need an excuse.

"Now, once we get to the restaurant you can tell me what's really on your mind." Lim said as we all piled into mine and Jack's car an drove to Nando's.

We drive up to the building and Niall, the always hungry lad he is, ran to the doors and was ordering once the rest of us got inside.

"So tell us what was really going through your head, Lou." Danielle said as she sat next to Liam in the huge booth we chose.

"I'm scared, okay! You guys know that Ricky will come back again!" I said with panic.

"Louis, I don't think he'll be back a third time." Niall said with a mouthful of Peri-Peri chicken.

"He swore guys! Liam, you know better than anyone here that he means it!" I sighed.

"What do you mean?" Zayn asked.

"Liam was the one that introduced Ricky and me, but, of course, Ricky wasn't like this until we started getting serious." I explained.

"Lou, I know he swore but come on, I promise you, if he comes back we'll be here for you anyways, but I really don't think he'll come back." he explained. Of course, it didn't make me feel any better.

I just want this day to be over with.
