His grip over my hand tightened as he took a right turn. Right now we were on our way to the hotel where Tejasvi was kept.
I will always be thankful to God for giving me a sister in law like Navi. She's more than that and is like my best friend.
Her cleverness caught Tejasvi and now she's close to receiving the punishment.
The car abruptly stopped bringing me out of my thoughts. "Let's go!" Vayu spoke up before jogging off to my side and opening the door for me.
As soon as I stepped out of the car, he intermingled out fingers and started moving inside the hotel.
My chest heaved up as we approached the room making it difficult for me to breathe. Nervousness filled my senses and anxiety started to peak.
My nightmares may have stopped coming but my Schizophrenia was still not cured. And through it my past still haunts me. Pills were there to keep me fine but whenever I forgot to take them, I became vulnerable.
All this was well known to both Navi and Vayu as I wasn't able to hide it from both of them.
"Do I need to go inside?" I asked in a shattering voice.
I knew if I saw her again, things would start haunting me again like they did hours ago when I ran back to my room crying.
Vayu just reached on time before I might slip into an unconscious state in a locked up room.
He stepped forward, cupped my cheeks pressing his lips over my forehead. "Just one last time! For us!" He muttered and grabbed my hand.
I asked him why I needed to see her. I mean we got the proof, just show it to the police and let them treat her their way. But he pleaded to come with him. And of course I couldn't deny him.
He opened the door and we stepped inside. My eyes fell on Navi who was sitting on the couch, Tarush sitting beside her.
I smiled at her softly as she strode towards me and engulfed me in her arms. "Are you okay bhabhi?" She asked, her eyes softening.
I nodded and caressed her cheeks before my eyes fell on a woman tied to the chair. Her back was facing me and I was sure she was Tejasvi.
Vayu took my hand and strode to the other side making me face her.
"You bitc...ahhh!" As soon as she tried to call me by name, Navi slapped her hard across her face.
"Dare you if you try to defame her!" she shouted holding her nape making Tejasvi hiss in pain.
"I'll see you later!" Tejasvi retorted and eyed me again.
"Welcome Ms. Reya Sharma!" She taunted me with a smirk on her lips.
I took a deep breath before shifting my gaze to Vayu who was standing beside me holding my hand. He leaned forward and whispered, "Mujhe to bevajah thappad maar deti hai, isse toh maar hi sakti hai!"
