"Let's get engaged, Reya!" his words echoed in the air surrounding us. I looked at him in surprise. His face showed no expression and his hold over me was more tightened than before.
"Vayu..." I tried to speak but my voice cracked as my heart raced faster. "Ask your parents to fix the date after two months, when I'll be coming on holiday." His voice was stern and serious.
I gulped as I nodded at him and laid back on his chest, closing my eyes. His hands drew figures on my back as he caressed it while my head rested on his shoulders. "I don't want to wait anymore." He whispered.
"Neither do I." I replied, realising a sigh. His lips caressed my neck softly as we sat there for almost an hour.
And call me a sleep head that I didn't realise when I slept again in his embrace. I only remember him carrying me inside and tucking the comforter around me before getting in with me.

My eyes flickered as soft sunrays fell on my face. I turned around as I pulled the comforter over my face. Feeling warm slow breaths on my face, I opened my eyes to witness the most enchanting view. My love sleeping beside me, his hands into the t-shirt and his head resting calmly over the pillow.
My lips pressed into thin lines as I adored him sleeping like a baby. His eyelashes casting shadow over his dark circles. Even his dark circles are intimidating me right now.
I pecked his forehead while running my hands into his hair. He sensed my touch as he pulled me closer through my waist. My legs curled around him as I wrapped myself like a koala.
"Good morning, baby!" I whispered while caressing his cheeks. "Hmmmm.." he hummed as if asking me not to disturb his sweet sleep.
I chuckled at him and started leaving soft kisses over his face. I continued this until he finally opened his eyes. "Agar roz ese uthaegi to abhi shaadi krlunga!"
"Chal!" I said in excitement, making him bewildered. "Mere parents ka to pata nahi, lekin tere papa mujhe zaroor marenge." He chuckled.
My legs went up his torso as I cuddled him for almost an hour? Yeah, one hour probably.
We woke up at almost 9 am in the morning and got ready to have breakfast. I wore a crop top with wide straight pants while he opted for joggers with this usual oversized tee.
We were sitting in a cafe having breakfast while we exchanged our daily schedules. My phone rang and I looked at the screen and it showed a facetime from Navi. My eyes moved up to see Vayu's reaction and obviously he made his face. I chuckled before I picked up the call.
"Heyy Naviii!" I chirped in excitement as the call connected. "Hey bhabhi, morning!" Her voice from the other side. She looked freshed. My lips curled into a smile as I saw Aunty beside her.
