Alive and Interrogation

Beep... beep... beep...

I felt like my body was super sore and my chest and right leg hurt. I tried opening my eyes. My eyes were blinded by the great sunlight on my face. My eyes slowly adjusted to the light. I saw a white ceiling. I looked to my left, there was the window that illuminated the room. I tried to sit up, the pain in my chest growing very quickly. I didn't even fully lift my back and was pushed down by a gentle yet firm hand.

"Sakura Haruno, can you hear me? Don't get up, you'll open up your injuries." A female voice commanded. She sounded confident and strict. I leaned my head towards her to see who it was. It was a blonde woman with hazel brown eyes. She was super pretty. She was writing something using a clipboard. I noticed that this was the hospital.

"How long have I been out?" I ask with a slightly deep voice. My throat was a bit sore. "About 2 weeks. Didn't you think anything before jumping off the cliff into the pond with spikes? Were you planning on ending your life? You almost died." The woman scolded me. "I was pushed." I interrupt her scolding. She became silent for a few seconds and then continued. "Tell me what you are feeling. Anything strange other than the pain in your chest and leg?" She asked calmly.

=9 June 1616=

"Feeling a bit sore all over my body. Plus tiredness. Who found me, or rather my body?" I asked calmly. I didn't feel enough energy to try to express all, my emotions. "Izumo, a patrol ninja had seen you falling. He knew that you were going to fall in the spikes. He threw a rock at you to try to make you fall into an area with fewer spikes but due to the intense for of gravity, you only moved a few feet away from the original position. Fortunately, that was enough to save your heart from being pierced. Even in your leg, your bone only fractured and didn't break. Though the rock had caused the shoulder to be dislocated. Unfortunately, your left shoulder had been pierced through but we managed to make you recover the best we could. You could still use it like normal but complete recovery will take a long time." She replied while reading off my file.

She tossed my file onto the side table. She sat down on the stool next to my hospital bed. She put her hands into a seal for activating seals. I guess that it was a sound seal. "Who pushed you? An enemy ninja? A spy? Any descriptions you could provide us?" She asked in a firm and authorized tone. "Who are you, lady? Why do I have to answer to you? You could be a spy for all I know. I've never even seen you in Konoha before." I chuckled at her trying to intimidate me. "If you want to try to intimidate me into talking, go ahead. You can't scare me I've just faced death. Do you really believe that you are scarier than death itself?" I smirked. She had no right to get any answers out of me as far as I knew.

"Heh, kid you've got some spunk still left in ya. Well, I am on secret orders to get this information out of you. The Hokage wants to know why a young genin like you would be the target of a murderer. No one would accidentally fall off the cliff and nor would they try to suicide there." She chuckled darkly, a smirk on her face. "I am one of the Sannins. My name is Tsunade Senju. Nice to meet you, kid. Now, start talking." She ordered.

"Lady Tsunade? The legendary healer and the female Sannin? Woah, so cool." I realized she was the real deal since even spies don't dare to pretend to be a legendary Sannin. "Okay. I was pushed off by a very close friend of mine. I didn't believe that she would do this to me over a damned crush. I even told her that my crush disappeared and she could have him. The whole thing seems so weird. I won't tell the name of my friend to anyone yet. I need to talk to the Hokage directly. I promise that I won't lie. You can even ask a Yamanaka to look into my memories." I tried to reassure her. "Fine, I'll arrange the meeting. If you lie, you're gonna be in big trouble." She huffed. She deactivated the seal. She took the clipboard and left.

I lay silently on my hospital bed. I could smell the scent of disinfectant. I looked at the drawers next to me. A logbook resting on top of it. I grabbed the logbook with my right arm. I carefully opened it and went to the latest page. It was a visitor logbook. I found my name. I read the list:
