A Night to remember

CHAPTER 32

Tae Gu smile when he see Chae Yoon seems so nervous while looking at herself through the mirror with the dress that he bought for her. He approach her and stand beside her. "You're too obvious..." He said. Chae Yoon look at him. "Did I?" She said. "This is the second time that I'll meet your father... And the last time was we had an awkward conversation." She said. "Im getting so nervous, Tae Gu." She added. Tae Gu let out a small laugh. "You have the courage to met him before without telling me. Why you're so nervous today?" He asked. Chae Yoon let out a deep sigh. "It's different today... I want to make a good impression infront of him." She said.

Tae Gu kiss her and cup her face with his two hands. "You don't have to, Chae Yoon. Just be yourself... Appa saw the beauty of your heart." He said. Chae Yoon smile.

Mr. Min book a reservation in a famous hotel near Seoul. This is the day when he will meet Chae Yoon for the second time.

He smile when he see the two with Tae Ji are walking towards to the table.

"Appa..." Tae Gu called.

"Halabeoji..." Tae Ji said happily and immediately hug his grandfather. Mr. Min is so happy when Tae Ji hug him.
"Im with my Eomma and Appa, today Halabeoji..." Tae Ji whispered. Mr. Min let out a small smile and pinch him on his cheeks.

"Good evening, Mr. Min..." Chae Yoon greet him and show her respect on him. Mr. Min smile.

"Have a seat..." He said.

Tae Ji seated next to his grandfather while the two seated next to other opposite to Mr. Min.

Chae Yoon is silent and her hand is trembling and accidentally slip the chopstick from her hand. Tae Gu hold her hand under the table and he smile at her.

Mr. Min notice her.

"Chae Yoon..." Mr. Min said. Chae Yoon smile and look at him. "Im sorry,  Mr. Min..." She said and she was about to pick the chopstick when Tae Gu pick it for her.

"Appa..." Mr. Min said. Chae Yoon and Tae Gu look at his father. "Call me,  Appa from now on." He said and he smile. "I'm sorry that I've been so harsh to you before. I hope it's not too late to fix the gap between us." He said.

Chae Yoon smile. "Thank you for accepting me, Mr. Min..." She said. All of them are looking at her. "Appa..." She said. Mr. Min smile. "Welcome to the family, Chae Yoon." He said.

"And also, thank you for raising my son well. Thank you for loving him as your own son and allowing us to be part of his life." Mr. Min said. Chae Yoon smile and look to Tae Jin. Tae Jin hold her hand and he also hold his grandfather's hand.

"Im happy that you're both okay now, Eomma... Halabeoji.." He said. "You will never be sad again, Halabeoji... I promise I will always be here for you." He said as he is looking to his grandfather. "And Im happy that Eomma will never cry every night because she has someone now." He said. Chae Yoon got shocked. Because as much as possible she try to hide her tears and pain from Tae Ji and now she couldn't believe that he knew that she's crying every night before.

Tae Ji smile at her.  And she smile back at him.

"Are you going home alone, Halabeoji?" Tae Ji asked. Mr. Min nodded. "Yes but don't worry I have Mr. Gu with me." Mr. Min said. Tae Ji look at his mother. "Eomma, can I go and stay with Halabeoji today?" He asked. Mr. Min got surprised. Chae Yoon smile. "It's okay with me but let's ask your grandpa first..." She said. Tae Ji look at his Grandfather. Mr. Min smile widely and carry him. "Ofcourse... I really love to be with you, Tae ji." He said.
