Engfa was slowly regaining consciousness from the darkness. When she opened her eyes, she realized she was in a familiar room-the grand yet cold bedroom of the Waraha Clan. She felt a slight heaviness in her head and a weariness throughout her body. As she looked around, she could make out the silhouettes of her family in the dim light. Luther, Elowen, and Rowena Waraha were watching her with worried expressions.

Engfa lifted her head slightly from the pillow and gazed at the familiar faces surrounding her. However, what caught her attention most was the cold sensation on her wrist. Slowly, she lowered her gaze and looked at her wrist. Her eyes widened, and her heart began to race. There was a cold, heavy iron bracelet around her wrist. This bracelet had a notorious reputation among witches; it was only used on dangerous and uncontrollable witches. It was designed to restrict a witch's powers, and only the wearer could remove it with their own consent.

A wave of fear spread through Engfa's heart. She turned her eyes back to her family, feeling the trust she had in them starting to shatter. "What... What is this? Why have you restrained me like this?" she asked, her voice trembling with anger. "Why did you put this on my wrist? This... this bracelet is blocking my powers!"

Luther had anticipated this reaction from his daughter. His eyes reflected both concern and resolve. "Engfa, we had no other choice," he said, his voice heavy and firm. "This sealing is not something you can control. For the safety of our clan and your own well-being, we had to do this."

Elowen took a step closer to her daughter, her eyes filled with both pain and affection. "Engfa, we have to protect you. This seal is very dangerous. You may not be able to control your own power, which is why we put on the bracelet. We don't want to lose you."

Rowena stood silently, observing her granddaughter, as if she was internally grappling with how Engfa would react. She understood well what the bracelet represented; it was the ultimate act of control a family could place on one of their own.

Engfa looked at the iron bracelet on her wrist again. She felt as though her powers were trapped inside, her energy locked in a cage. This bracelet wasn't just a physical object; it was a symbol of the trust-or lack thereof-that her family had in her. They didn't trust her.

"How could you do this to me?" she asked, tears beginning to stream down her face. "I... I am your daughter! Why don't you trust me? This seal... this seal is our destiny! How can you ignore the bond I have with Charlotte?"

Luther, pained by his daughter's reaction, struggled to hide his inner turmoil. "Engfa, this bond threatens not only you but the entire clan. We have to protect you. This seal could consume you. You cannot control it."

Elowen gently caressed her daughter's face with her hands. "This bracelet is to keep you safe. We don't want to lose you, Engfa. You have to understand that this was necessary for your protection."

Engfa could feel the pain even in her mother's touch. With her powers trapped inside the bracelet, she looked at her family with deep resentment. "But I... I belong to Charlotte. This seal is not just a bond; it's our destiny. You can't understand that. You cannot control me, my power, or my destiny. This bracelet represents the loss of your trust in me. How could you be so cruel?"

Rowena remained silent in the face of her granddaughter's despair, but the internal storm was visible on her face. She understood the conflict brewing inside Engfa, but she had no clear answer on how to handle it.

Engfa took a deep breath, trying to wipe away the tears streaming down her face. She felt that her family didn't understand her, but the growing power within her was now confined by the bracelet. She knew she had to find a way to reclaim her power and her destiny. But at this moment, her family's decisions had cornered her.
