Charlotte and Engfa finally appeared in their rooms, exhausted from exhaustion. The silence of the night made the tiredness on both of them even more obvious. Engfa cast a spell with the last of her strength, Charlotte quickly prepared herself for bed. Then Engfa took her to bed with him. Charlotte took her place on Engfa's chest as usual and relaxed by taking a deep breath.
As they listened to each other's breathing, the silence had completely taken them away. Engfa spoke with difficulty in a tired voice, "Did you like your wedding dress, my love?" she said.
Charlotte stirred slightly, slowly closing her eyes as she replied with a smile, "Yeah... What about you? Do you like your suit?" she asked, her voice tired but sweet.
Engfa smiled as he gently caressed Charlotte's hair, "Yes... We will complement each other very well, my love," he said and placed a soft kiss on her hair.
Charlotte tried to form a few sentences under the weight of the day. "Today was so busy... Tomorrow... everything will be better..." she mumbled, but a soft snore could be heard from Engfa.
Charlotte laughed heartily at Engfa's sweetness. She slowly hugged him tighter and closed her eyes, finding herself in Engfa's warm arms. They both fell into a deep sleep, hugging each other peacefully.
It was almost noon, and Myx didn't want to wake the tired couple, but according to tradition, he had to separate Charlotte from Engfa. They weren't supposed to see each other until the wedding night. He appeared at the door of the couple's room and tapped on the door lightly, asking permission.
When Engfa softly said, "Come Myx!" from inside, he entered. The sight he encountered was Engfa combing Charlotte's hair, both of them having taken a bath and putting on their dressing gowns. They looked relaxed and peaceful. Myx immediately turned to Engfa and said, a little mischievously, "Yes Engfa, Charlotte will go to her own room now."
Engfa's face fell as her heart clenched. "Ah, those traditions..." she sighed. A funny moment occurred between her and Myx. Engfa continued with a slight smile, "We couldn't do anything last night because of tiredness, and now this separation!"
Hearing these words, Charlotte's cheeks immediately turned red. She slapped Engfa's arm in embarrassment. "Engfa!" she said, her voice was astonished and embarrassed.
Engfa immediately laughed. "Okay, okay. It was just a joke," he said, not wanting to embarrass Charlotte any further. Myx rolled his eyes and smiled as he watched this sweet moment between the two of them. "Okay, come on Charlotte, I have to take you to your room. See you later tonight, Engfa!" he said and gently took Charlotte in his arm.
Engfa looked at Charlotte and blew her a gentle kiss. "Miss me, okay?" he whispered half-jokingly.
Charlotte smiled at Engfa and said, "Miss me too," and blew him a gentle kiss. Engfa's face showed a slight sadness as Myx gently lifted Charlotte into his arm and disappeared into the smoke.
She felt Charlotte's absence all of a sudden and took a deep breath. The silence of the room was too much for Engfa. She threw herself on the bed, and with this separation added to her tiredness, a feeling of rebellion began to rise inside her.
He grumbled softly as he turned over in bed, "For the love of Morgana... Traditions, oh the traditions! What's with not seeing each other before the wedding!" he muttered, slightly irritated with himself. He covered his face with his hands and sighed.
"We are already tired, and now we have this separation on top of everything else," he rebelled against himself in the silent room. His longing for Charlotte was growing inside him. "This waiting is going to be pure torture!"
