Pirate Lovers

A Keeper.

"Uta, wake up." Sanji said, shaking them gently.

Uta's eyes snap open.

"Where am I? Sanji?" Uta asked, sitting up.

"We're at Grove 13. We found you lying here. So, what happened? The whole island turned red and black, and all we could hear were cracking sounds and explosions." Ussop answered.

Currently, Uta is lying in the grass. The remaining crew sat around Uta, waiting for her response.

"Where Luffy, first?" Uta questioned, sitting up and rubbing her bunny ears.

"We don't know. We can't find him anywhere." Sanji replied, lighting a cigarette.

"What!? But how?" Uta panicked, vigorously trying to find Luffy.

"Beats me?" Sanji answered.

Uta jumped up from the grass, standing tall on her feet. Her bunny ears perked straight up, and Uta looked serious.

"I am finding Luffy. Don't try and stop me." Uta declared boldly, shocking the crew.

"Woah, easy! We have no idea what kind of fight you went through!" Chopper squeaked, worried about her injuries.

"All I did was overuse my a haki just a bit. I'm fine. Goodbye!" Uta shouted, vanishing before them.

"Quick! Catch her before she gets... away. *Groans.*"

Uta was long gone. She left the crew on Grove 30 and headed to find Luffy. She jumped around in the treetops, using her observation haki.

"Found him!"

Uta darted southwest, making her way to Grove 14, where she sensed Luffy's presence. Hopping from Grove to Grove, Uta picks up her pace as she nears Luffy. His scent grows stronger as she reaches Grove 15. She could sense an old man, Luffy, and a woman, who she thinks is Shakky.

"LUFFY!" She yelled, but no response.

*Stick snaps*

Uta cocked her head to the left. Someone was here. The man and Luffy.

"Long time no see." A voice echoed.

Uta spun around. The old man stood there, at least 6 feet. He wore a white cloak and had a familiar pair of glasses perched on his nose. Wrinkled and scarred. Uta jumped back into a defensive position.

"Who are you? What did you do to Luffy!" Uta demanded an answer, prepared to fight an old guy.

"As stubborn as ever, Uta." The man chuckled. "You know me as your uncle, Rayleigh."

Uta froze up, forgetting about Luffy. Uncle? Rayleigh!? The Rayleigh!?

"Prove it!" Uta ordered, shaking the thoughts in her head.

Rayleigh stuffed his hand into his cloak and tossed something to Uta. It was a picture of him, a baby, and Shanks. Shanks was holding the child while Rayleigh stood over him, using two fingers to bunny Shanks. They seemed happy. Was it a ship they were on? Something caught Uta's eye. Purple eyes, red and white hair, the smile! It was Uta as a baby!

"R-Rayleigh?" Uta sobbed, dropping to her knees.

He chuckled and approached the crying girl. Uncle and niece.

"Luffy is with Shakky, but I wanted to ask..." Rayleigh began, putting a hand on her shoulder and crouching.

"Was that you and Luffy fighting Kizaru?" He asked.

Uta nodded quietly but gave him a small smile.

"And Sentomaru? My god, Uta!" He laughed, suprising Uta.
