Jimin and Jungkook sat together on the sofa in Jimin's small, cozy living room. The tension between them was thick and palpable. Jimin could feel his heart racing, the weight of everything that had happened over the last few weeks pressing down on his chest like a boulder. He couldn't bring himself to look at Jungkook, couldn't meet those intense, searching eyes that he knew were fixed on him. Instead, he stared at his lap, his fingers nervously fidgeting with the hem of his shirt.

The silence stretched on, heavy and suffocating. Jungkook shifted slightly beside him, the rustle of fabric breaking the stillness. Suddenly, Jimin felt the warmth of Jungkook's hand on his own, and he froze. The simple touch sent a jolt of electricity through his body, and his heart skipped a beat. His breath hitched as he looked down at their joined hands, unable to process the flood of emotions that surged through him.

"Jimin," Jungkook's voice was soft but firm. His hand tightened slightly around Jimin's, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Why aren't you looking at me?"

Jimin's throat tightened, and he swallowed hard, trying to find the words. But nothing came. How could he explain the storm of emotions swirling inside him-the fear, the longing, the anger, and the confusion? He wanted to speak, to tell Jungkook everything, but his voice seemed to be trapped in his chest.

"It's nothing," Jimin mumbled, his voice barely above a whisper. He tried to pull his hand away, but Jungkook didn't let go.

"Hyung," Jungkook's voice was more insistent now, his eyes piercing as he leaned in slightly, trying to catch Jimin's gaze. "Tell me what's wrong."

"Nothing," Jimin repeated, his voice trembling. He could feel the walls he had built around himself starting to crumble, but he wasn't ready for this. He wasn't ready for the truth, for the vulnerability that came with it.

Jungkook's grip on his hand tightened again, and Jimin felt the heat of Jungkook's palm against his skin. "Please, hyung," Jungkook said, his voice almost pleading now. "Just tell me."

Jimin snapped. The frustration, the fear, the pent-up emotions he had been trying so hard to contain all came rushing to the surface, spilling out before he could stop them. His heart pounded in his chest as the words tumbled from his lips, raw and unfiltered.

"You! Jeon Jungkook! You!" Jimin's voice was shaky, but loud, filled with a mixture of anger and pain. "I'm scared that you'll ignore me again, that you'll leave me without any explanation, like you did last time!"

Jungkook blinked, taken aback by the sudden outburst. "What?" he asked, confusion creasing his brow. "What are you talking about?"

Jimin stood up abruptly, his chest heaving as he glared down at Jungkook, his hands clenched into fists at his sides. "The last time I saw you, you left me! You just walked out and disappeared! No explanation, no apology, nothing! Do you have any idea what that did to me?"

Jungkook's expression hardened as he stood up to face Jimin, their eyes finally locking. "Because you lied, Jimin! I'm not stupid, I know you feel something for me too. I could see it in your eyes, but you wouldn't admit it. You were avoiding me, pushing me away, pretending like there was nothing between us. How do you expect me to react to that?"

"My feelings for you do not mean you can just take me whenever you want!" Jimin shot back, his voice rising with frustration. "You have a wife, Jungkook. You have a kid! I won't be some side piece that you run to whenever things get hard at home. That's not fair to me, and it's not fair to your family."

Jungkook's jaw tightened, and he let out an exasperated sigh. "Stop talking about Yeri," he muttered, his voice low but laced with irritation.

"Why?" Jimin demanded, his chest tightening. "Why shouldn't I talk about her? She's your wife, Jungkook! She's the mother of your child! What do you expect me to do? Just ignore that?"
