QUICKLY RUSHING OVER TOWARD HER TWO OLDER SISTER, Phoebe couldn't help but hold The Book Of Shadows tightly to her chest always having been the more spiritual sister out of the four of them.
Penelope only sometimes matching her if not for her innate fear of the supernatural that she possessed, which often overtook her hope of it all being true something she and Phoebe didn't have in common.
Which was quickly showed in the way this all seemed to scare Penelope, causing her to quickly scurry over to her sisters following after Phoebe, who walked over in excitement happy to show them what the two of them had been doing.
"Uh-reading an incantation," She answered as if it was the simplest thing ever, not taking her eyes off of her older sisters as she closed the book using her finger to hold the page the two of them had been on. "It was in this Book of Shadows."
As she finished, Phoebe and Penelope softly backed up as Prue and Piper turned toward them as they made it close, Penelope standing slightly behind Phoebe as she motioned over to the trunk they'd been sitting on.
"We found it that trunk," Penelope spoke her eyes widened an extensive amount clearly showing her surprise yet excitement on her face, despite her fear of anything supernatural. "which I haven't noticed at ALL, from when I used to come up here all the time."
She openly noted, never having really noticed any of the unusual things that she was seeing for the first time tonight in this very attic, which was overwhelming for her given she'd previously used the attic as her very own quiet place.
It being easier for her to hide amongst the clutter of the attic rather than her old hiding spot of either in her own closet, the family laundry room, and sometimes one of her sister's closets.
"Let me see that?" Prue asked clearly unwilling to believe that either of them had read anything akin to an incantation, however given her question, Phoebe quickly turned to face in the same direction of her older sisters.
Penelope still standing waiting as she watched Phoebe turned to show Piper and Prue the contents of the book, although Piper kept her eyes on Penelope as Prue did what she'd just asked to especially as Phoebe handed her the book.
"How did you get in here?" Piper asked curiously her face scrunched up as she hadn't expected either of them to be able to enter the attic, given the three of them hadn't previously been able to do so.
Penelope obviously included as she too had been unable to get into the attic, so in Piper's mind there was no clear reason as to why they had been suddenly able to tonight.
"The door just opened," Penelope spoke sounding a lot more surprised by the information that sounded a lot more common when said aloud, which quickly caused her to add the following. "and it didn't even open for that weird handy guy."
With Penelope already surprised face only furthered out more, the woman unconsciously slapped her hands against the front of her thighs, the action being accidental and very animated.
Although fully registering the conversation, Piper couldn't help the way her face scrunched as she rethought on the information that she had been told seconds ago.
"So, wait, there was an incantation," Piper asked as she waved her hands in a clearing motion, the use of their hands when they talked being a sibling trait. "what kind of incantation?"
This time at her question, Penelope couldn't help but bite at the skin of her bottom lip and twirl at the skin on the back of her forearm knowing participating in something so spooky was against her.
However not only was it against Penelope's characteristics, but she also still participated in the action as she at the moment had found it very interesting especially with the odd way they'd found it.
"It said something about four essentials of magic," Penelope answered with a wince on her face, tipping from foot to foot as she knew these weren't things they really heard about growing up. "feelings, timing, nature, and phases of the moon."
The woman's mom words coming out a bit nervous and patterned given she didn't want to be yelled at by her sisters, knowing neither of them would want to participate in something so witchy.
However Phoebe on the other hand wasn't worried about her older sister's reaction, since she was the more open to the topic especially given I'm on what she'd read in the book.
"So if we were ever gonna do this, then now," Phoebe she emphasize her words as she looked at Prue, before turning to Piper a amused yet excited look on her face. "midnight on a full moon, would be the most powerful time."
A crackle of thunder and curse of light showering through the attic window as she finished speaking, however it went unnoticed by the sisters.
"Do what," Piper asked as her head snapped toward her younger sister, somewhat understanding what she meant but unwilling to believe this. "what do you mean by this?"
"Receive our powers." Phoebe answered with a slight deep breath, finally having said nearly everything and no longer holding on to the hesitance with saying those words.
However hearing her younger sister's words, Piper didn't seem so understanding as she realized that she brought in our her younger sisters' conjuring.
"Our powers," She asked repeating Phoebe's words as she took a quick glance to The Book of Shadows, before turning back toward Phoebe and Penelope with her flashlight. "what do you mean our, you included me in this?"
"They included all of us," Prue spoke up once again as she finished reading the same incantation that Penelope and Phoebe had, openly reciting the words like they had. "bring your powers to my sisters and me.'"
She read off a line, the very line that included Prue and Piper into their spell without them even being the room at the time.
Although after reading the words, Prue quickly looked up passing the book to Piper as she looked over at Phoebe and Penelope.
The younger of the two looking a lot more guilty than her slightly older sister not very bothered by the fact of what she did, something that was habit of hers.
"It's a book on witchcraft." Prue finished off looking over at the two overly annoyed at the entire situation, crossing her arms as she gave her usual 'mom' glare
"Nell," Piper gasped as she finished reading a portion of the incantation to herself, knowing that this was something Phoebe would do, but Penelope? "why would you-"
