WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK OF SAN FRANSCICO, Penelope softly hummed to herself as the afternoon warmth wrapped around her like a soft blanket, the young woman having parked her grey nineteen ninety-five na-mazda-miata in the parking garage in order to make it to her classes.

It'd honestly been a great morning; she'd made it to her classes on time despite the spook of information from Phoebe earlier the young woman had quickly managed to get it off of her mind as she started painting.

Most of her art coming as reflections on memories of her mom, for example the one of a woman lying happily in a claw foot tub covered in bubbles and holding whine glass, one of which Penelope was overly proud of.

The youngest halliwell hummed to herself as she walked down the sidewalk, the cappuccino in her hands contrasting the cool winds blowing past her which she'd grabbed from her favorite cafe on the corner

The sun peeking through the clouds casting golden rays over the city as she made it to the curb the walk sign turning green, feeling the weight of the week slipping off of her shoulder at least that was until the sound of screeching tires.

The sun peeked through the clouds, casting golden rays over the city, and she couldn't help but smile, feeling the weight of the week slip off her shoulders. College was busy, but moments like this made it all worth it. She felt light, almost carefree. She didn't have a care in the world—until she heard the screech of tires behind her.

The young halliwell having been in the midst of stepping out onto the cross walk, if not for the sleek black mercedes with tinted windows that sped passed her, swerving so close to the curb that it almost clipped her.

The action causing her heart to nearly skip it's pace, before she jumped back splashing her coffee all over her hand due to how hard she'd gripped the to go cup, yet that couldn't really register with her as she heard the car's horn honk.

Not even stopping to acknowledge the fact that they almost hit her, which filled the young woman with anger, the obnoxious sound echoing in the street as she glared her eyes at the car.

Inside of which she could make out a group of preppy rich kids, all of them laughing as if this was some sort of joke and their smug faces stared at her, the driver flicking his fingers in an exaggerated wave, like it was her fault for being in the way.
