𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐓, Penelope could only hold her frustration and tiredness to herself as studying for a bachelor's in fine arts was a lot harder than it seemed.

However instead of relaying those thoughts and emotions onto her sister, Penelope softly agreed with Phoebe without giving any extra details.

Before changing the subject, if not they'd most likely end of in silence which Penelope wasn't opposed to either.

"No kidding," She spoke with a soft chuckle as she began to run water-based gel through her curls, twisting a foil of the looser coils around the front of her face. "why did you stay up all night?"

"I was doing some," Phoebe spoke dragging it the last word, her eyes darting to the floor for a moment as she told a half truth. "light reading, actually."

That being said, hearing her older sister's words Penelope eyebrows couldn't help but furrow as she didn't know Phoebe to be a night reader.

Subsequently, Phoebe finally piqued her sister's interest as Penelope turned partially toward her, squinting her eyes as she looked for any sign of possible guilt on her sister's face.

However, it was plain to see on Phoebe's face that she'd done something she wasn't supposed to, and Penelope knew exactly what that was.

"You went back for the book." Penelope accused her older sister with narrowed eyes, her hands pausing in her head as she was turned toward her.
