Chapter 6: Hungry

Aiah's POV

"Mama, ano naaaaa??"

"Saglit lang naman Maraiah, bakit ba nagmamadali ka?" I went to her room and saw her na hindi makapag decide sa isusuot niya.

"Mama, hospital punta natin hindi party."

"Choose please, ito or... ito?" habang taas taas niya both blouses. Ano ba trip nito ni mama??

"Right na lang." Pagbigyan na natin.

So, I just decided to wait for her sa living room. Maya maya, the door bell rang. Sa isip isip ko, parcel na naman 'to ni Marianne. I went inside my room para kunin yung wallet ko kasi nagbilin siya before she left kanina.

Then after few seconds, nag door bell ulit, kaya nagmadali na ako, "Kuya wait la-"

Wait... whatttt??? "Ms. Lim?"

"Mukha na ba kong kuya ngayon, Aiah?" My jaw dropped and as usual, I was stuck.

"Aiah hey, medyo mainit???" natauhan ako and opened the door.

"Ms. Lim, why are you here??" I asked her in a nice way while papasok kami ng bahay.

"Hi Mrs. Arceta, good morning po!"

"Hi Ma'am Mikha, pasok po." mas lalo ako nagulat, what the heck is going on???

I looked at mama then at Ms. Lim, I was totally confused. She just smiled at me.

"I think we should leave na po, para hindi po kayo ma late sa appointment ninyo." and got even more confused.

"Ay sige po ma'am tara na po."

Nung nauna na si Ms. Lim sa car niya, hinila ko si mama "Mrs. Arceta, I think you deserve me an explanation."

"Aba anong malay ko diyan, tanungin mo yung kapatid mo."

"Sinong kapatid?"

"Sino pa ba?" of course alangan yung lalake, siyempre yung babaitang Marianne.

"Tara na uy, nakakahiya kay Ma'am Mikha."

"Aba mama, nakakahiya talaga." super iritable na talaga ako. Kung pwede lang talagang magpalamon na lang sa lupa. Kaya pala gusto niya maayos yung damit niya for today's video. Ganyan kasi yan pag may kasama kaming someone na you know.

So I had no choice, andiyan na siya eh, sumakay na kami and I sat beside her and si mama sa likod. Alangan sa likod kami pareho.

While we were on the way to the hospital, magka chika si mama and Ms. Lim, and in fairness naman to her, hindi siya yung Ms. Lim na kilala ko ngayon. She sounds very casual and friendly plus the way she dressed today, normal shirt and pants, braided hair then white na cap. Super pretty pa rin.

Chinat ko muna yung magaling kong kapatid and made sure na maramdaman niya yung gigil ko sa'kanya.

marianne: yes secretary maraiah arceta?? 😘

maraiah: gigil mo ko beh?????? alam mo yun??

marianne : love u te, mwah
