43 - Operation: Matchmaker!!

Last minute change to bump this chapter up.

The group was back together. Well.. kind of.

The entire group was finally hanging out at the mall! .. but there was one problem.

"Valentines day is right around the corner!!" Purple smiled with glee, admiring all the shops and stores decked out in fancy hearts and red and pink decorations.

"Yeah." Yellow smiled. "What do you and Green have planned? You guys going on a daaate~?" Yellow smirked, as Purple nervously laughed.

"Possibly, but I ain't gonna reveal what I got planned for my Amethyst~" Green said with a chuckle, putting his arm around Purple's waist.

"Oh, now you've got me oh so ever intrigued~" Purple cooed. "What about you two?" Purple spoke, turning to Yellow and Blue.

"You've both known each other for so long. Surely you've got something planned, right?"

Yellow and Blue looked at eachother. "Well.." Yellow shrugged with a smile. "No. Not really. We're not really fans of going out to big parties or having fancy dinner dates so.. we're just going to stay indoors and enjoy the day for the two of us." He said, with reddened cheeks as Blue held his hand.

"You guys are soooo romantic!!" Second cooed with a smile.

"Oh? And you're not?" Green said before being elbowed by Purple.

After that response from Green, Second seemed understandably down. He looked at Red who was simply fidgeting with his hands and once he noticed Second's glance in his direction, they both immediately looked away.

"Ahaha.. uhm.." Second glanced to the side. "I-In all honesty.. I think I may.. be over romance for a bit.." He nervously chuckled.

Blue, sensing the tenseness of the room finally spoke up. "Why don't we try and eat something?" He said as they all agreed to make their way to the food court.

Once they got there, Blue perked up. "I-I just realized that I need to use the restroom." He nervously said as Yellow turned to him.

"Oh! Do you want me to come with you, Berry?" Yellow asked as Blue shook his head no.

"N-No need. In other words, I think I would like it if Red accompanied me instead." He said, winking at Yellow as Yellow nodded, understanding the hint.

"Wh— me??" Red asked as the others continued to walk away. Blue went up to him with a smirk.

"Yeah, yeaahh, you've been super quiet this whole time and I wanna know what's on your mind! Plus, there's something I need to get off my chest." He spoke as he grabbed Red's hand, dragging him off to the men's room.

As they got to the men's room, Blue looked at Red with a raised eyebrow.

"What??" Red asked with a stupid expression on his face. Blue face palmed.

"Im not one to force the info out of someone, but I'm doing this because I hate seeing you upset and you're not acting like your usual self." Blue spoke. "You better fucking tell me what's wrong right now or you're not getting that godly." Blue spoke.

Apparently they had a deal where Blue would give Red his godly knife in MM2 in exchange for him being able to stay at his place for a bit while Yellow was away.

Red gasped. "You wouldn't.." he mumbled, shaking his head with a sigh. "Fine. I'll talk.."

He leaned against the sinks. "I.. I know it's stupid because I'm the one who broke up with him but.. I miss Sec. I regret leaving him and looking back on it.. I was being a little dramatic. He was probably going through some shit and I took it all way too personal." He mumbled. Blue looked at his friend, putting a hand on his shoulder.
