Jungkook had been driving with a displeased expression for the past few minutes. Jin keeps stealing glances at him, waiting for him to say something. He has been quiet ever since the bathroom incident.
"Why are you angry?" Jin decides to ask him.
Jungkook doesn't bother looking at him, "I'm not angry, I'm just surprised."
"Surprised?" Jin asks, puzzled.
"Yeah!! Why the fuck would Namjoon date Jimin? Isn't there any other companion in the world!?" Jungkook lets out a frustrated remark.
"I don't know, maybe they like each other?" Jin sarcastically says.
"Why would they?! Jimin is young, Namjoon should know better!" Jungkook tells Jin, blaming Namjoon.
"Know better? What is that supposed to mean? It's not like Jimin is a minor! There's a mere 4 years difference between them. Jimin is also graduating next year! Why are you acting like he's a child" Jin defends his cousin.
"And he's still young! They're in different stages of life! Namjoon is already working and Jimin is still studying. Shouldn't he be dating someone his age at college? Namjoon should've at least taken the friendship between us into account! But lying and dating behind my back? No!" Jungkook finishes saying.
Jin rolls his eyes, "And what else? He should've asked for your blessings before dating Jimin? You're ridiculous."
Jungkook looks at Jin offended, "I'm not! Friends don't date each other's brothers behind their backs! He should've come clean!"
"Don't you see how you're acting? They were probably right about not telling you initially considering how freaked out you are!" Jin tells him honestly.
"I'm not acting like anything and I'm not freaking out!" Jungkook defends himself.
"You're acting like a conservative 50-year-old! Your brother is dating your friend, get over it! It's their life, let them explore their feelings."
Jungkook doesn't answer Jin but glares at him rather offended, his eyebrows lowered and pulled closer together as he becomes quiet once again.
Jungkook remains quiet the whole night as well, only speaking to Jin when he has to. He didn't start a conversation the whole night after the office, he only spoke the next day in the office.
"Your phone won't stop vibrating." Jungkook says, looking at Seokjin who's sitting at the desk across from him.
Jin nods his head, not lifting his head from the paperwork. "I know."
"Who is calling you back-to-back?" Jungkook asks.
"I don't know, I didn't check." Jin answers still not looking up.
Jungkook stands up, walks to Jin's desk, and holds his phone.
Jin immediately looks up at him, "What are you doing?" He stands up and takes his phone back from Jungkook's hands.
"It's Jaehwan, why didn't you answer?" Jungkook asks crossing his arms.
Jin lets out a sigh, "Because I don't want to."
"Oh, I see." Jungkook says as he walks back to his desk.
Jin looks at him confused, "What the hell is that supposed to mean?"
"You lied earlier and said you didn't check your phone. Did you not want to answer or did you not want to do it in front of me?" Jungkook asks.
"Why are you acting like this?" Jin asks instead of answering his question.
