Chapter 5

NINA

Evening was setting on us as we were training together. I could not believe that time went by so fast.

Suddenly the trees surrounding us was invaded with a loud shrill that shook the ground which we stood on. 

The intruder had the figure of a human, his neck upwards was a little pale even under the sunset, you could see the muscles from the shirt he was wearing but what am trying to say is he was dead-up gorgeous. 

The person came at rest to the opposite side of where we stood

"I come in peace" he said

Seeing the stranger close up, his face was both charming and dangerous, he was raven haired blue eyes, point was.., he was cute, he wore a black T-shirt, with black jeans with a sword resting by his left side, from that view I thought he was a vampire.

"Now that's creepy, I was thinking more of a poltergeist who can make himself solid" Zach thought

"Think we could trust him, he looks okay to me"

"There's only one way to find out" Zach answered

Our guest's eye was taking every detail of his surroundings, and in that moment I believed what those Cheerleaders in my high school say about first sight, first crush, but then reminded myself that at the moment he was the enemy. 

Zach stiffened, and I knew he was getting ready in case our uninvited friend started something.

"Who are you?" Zach asked

"The name's Sky, I have been assigned to take you to safety" he replied. 

Gosh it was hard not to swoon for this guy, the way he spoke, keeping his voice light but alerted.

"We are fine on our own" Zach replied. 

I kept my mind blank; looking for his weaknesses, but soon gave up. He wasn't human, that's for sure, and he looked about my age, he seemed skilled with the sword at his side and we still didn't know what he was capable of, and I just knew he was the type that you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side.

"So you think..., but you are still recovering and you don't know the secret behind us supernatural's, I'll give you my word if that what you request" he said

"Why should we trust you huh?" my brother asked

Okay this conversation is too slow for my comfort, where the action, where are his back up to prove this guy is real, and the thought of been watched my whole life was creepy, more creepy than someone reading your mind.

"Look here dork, this is too slow for me, what are you doing here, why was there a shrill noise before you appeared, who are you, what do you want from us and who sent you?" 

See that wasn't so hard, beside's it would save me the pleasure of dying of boredom.

"I came to help you flee from the Madison project, I was fighting a beast who seemed to not to enjoy my company and my quest to helping you, I want nothing but your safety as requested by your uncle who is helping to save the supernatural's and stop the Madison group once and for all" he said making sure we understood the importance of what he was saying

"Who are the people you brought with you?" Zach asked

HUh

"Guys come out, he knows your here" Zach said

Two guys came out of the trees followed by two girls. 

They each had a weapon that I knew they were skilled with and I didn't want to get on the wrong side of any of them.
