•Aaravi's pov•

I was packing all my belongings because today we are going on our honeymoon, as Dadi wants us to go and get closer to each other, as we want to get close to each other. It's such a waste of time because I know we can never actually be close, but we can't tell her that, right? Otherwise, she would be sad, and I don't want her to be sad because of me since I love her.

"Are you done with your packing? Hurry up, we only have 30 minutes," here comes my husband, who can’t speak without giving orders.

"Almost done," I said.

"Pack quickly, I can't wait for you," he snaps.

"My packing is done," I said and zipped up the luggage.

"Good to hear. Now go and change your dress, we are leaving in 5 minutes," he said and left the room.

Why is he so eager, as if he can't wait to go on our honeymoon?

Just because of this honeymoon, I had to stop going to college.

I walked towards the closet, changed into an olive green saree, and came out.

I walked in front of the mirror, put on the bangles he gifted me, and wore the anklet. I applied sindoor.

I took my phone and left the room.

I walked down the stairs and came to the hall where Maa, Dadi, Aahana, and he were sitting.

"Aaravi beta, is all the packing done?" Dadi asked.

"Yes, Dadi, everything is packed," I said.

"Okay, you all should have lunch now, as it will be time for your flight soon," Mom said.

We ate lunch together.

"I'll go get our luggage," my husband said, and I nodded.

"Bhabhi," Aahana di called me.

Yes, Aahana di—since she's four years older than me, I learned that yesterday. I told her I would call her 'di,' but at first, she refused because I'm her big brother's wife. However, I insisted, saying I don't have an elder sister, and after a lot of requests, she finally agreed.

"Yes, Aahana di," I replied.

"I will miss you and your cooking," she said with a pout.
