"Running man! Running man!" They danced like it was choreographed, arms flying up and to the side, faces wide with smiles, music flowing throughout their bodie and making them bounce happily.
Van had found her cassette player under her piles of clothes in her bag, exclaiming happily to the cabin and handing the device to Mari to turn it on. Immediately everyone stood and had begun to dance along, laughing at the routined moves they all simultaneously agreed on.

"Bart Simpson! Bart Simpson!" They turned, spinning on the feet to face behind them, before bending down and pulling back up with their backs, shaking their arms beside their sides, swaying quickly and dancing about on their feet.

"And Javi." Mari exclaimed, the girls watching as the younger boy, whom had gotten used to the company of all the teenage girls better than his older brother, stepped up and began to dance at the front of them all.
They laughed with him, continuing their moves before splitting off to do their own things with others, Lottie and Delilah drifting together to join both their hands and alternate pushing and pulling them towards and away from each other, their legs kicking out opposite the others.

The music slowed to a stop, the voice distorting and fading away. They all ceased their dancing to watch as Van swore, stepping up to the bucket they'd put the device in to project it louder.
"Goddamn it." She picked it up. sighing and attempting to inspect what the issue was.
"What happened?" Jackie asked, breathing a bit heavily like the rest of them, when she didn't receive a reply she turned to Shauna, who met her eyes and shrugged.
"Has hitting something ever fixed it?" Van spoke to the rest of them after unsuccessfully tapping the cassette against her hands.
Mari then interjected from in between Shauna and Van. "M-Maybe try blowing on it?" She suggested, followed by a shrug from Van before she started blowing on the thing with her mouth harshly.
All of a sudden, a creaking noise from above alerted everyone, their heads tilting up, eyeing the ceiling. "Uh, the fսck was that?" Jackie asked, taking a step back in what looked like fear. "Hey, you heard it, too?" Lottie then asked, provoking some odd looks and a hand on her shoulder from a concerned Delilah.
"It was probably just a branch." Taissa spoke. She and Lottie seemed to be clashing a lot recently. Delilah, though agreeing with the girl, crossed her arms and jutted out a hip at her tone towards the Matthews girl, sending her a raised eyebrow.
"Inside, on the floor?" Mari stuttered, tilting her head downwards and donning a concerned expression, doubtful at Tai's reasoning.
At this, Tai sighed, blinking slowly and putting her arms on her hips. She was clearly sick of it. "What if it's... him?" Mari asked, wringing her hands together nervously. "What, the dead guy?" Shauna now spoke up, cocking an eyebrow at her words, looking as if she was about to burst out laughing, seemed she wasn't the only one sceptical.
"Um, yeah." Mari replied, looking at Shauna and Tai, before looking right back down to her feet.
Delilah had never seen the girl look that shy, she'd always been the one spewing out insults and witty comments. She looked genuinely scared now.
"You know what it probably was?" Nat spoke up, drawing the attention to her. "The dead guy's missing fingers trying to find their way home." No one found it funny. Delilah huffed. "Give it a rest, Natalie."
"Nat. You really have to encourage them?" Tai reprimanded her, looking highly pissed off.
"You got to admit, it didn't sound like it was on the roof." Akilah said, jutting her head out and into the conversation, inputting her own opinion.
Jackie scoffed. "Fine, then it was a rat, or a raccoon, or something. I don't know, it..." She began to try and explain the noise, only to be interrupted by Lottie, who looked up at the ceiling "Shh!"
They were all silent, apart from a small, "Oh, my God." let out by Tai. "Listen." Lottie said again, holding her hand up.
It was painfully quiet for a while, the only sounds were from the gentle wind outside.
"Well, I don't hear it now." Mari said, throwing her hands up a bit. This broke everyone out into collective sighs of annoyance and small words to each other.
"All right, all right. You know what I think it was? I think the ghost decided it was time to get some sleep. And we should probably do the same, yeah?" Ben spoke up, sighing and pushing his body forward a bit on his seat. They all looked over to him, some with dejected looks, others just yawning.

"JACKIE. JACKIE." Nat pushed, nudging the girl with her boot, the cocoon of a girl lay on the made up bed with her blanket swallowing her whole.
Jackie groaned, not moving even at the loud words of her teammate. "Jackie. Up and at 'em, or something." Nat kept saying, sighing a bit as Jackie finally turned around, looking at the girl standing above her with a dissatisfied look.
"I'm so cold. I have cramps." She moaned, covering the bottom half of her face with the blue blanket. Delilah watched from the windowsill, her leg kicked up in front of her and her back resting on the wall, facing sideways with her neck craned to watch the interaction with furrowed eyebrows.
Jackie looked like a worm.
"No shit. We literally all have cramps. Our periods have synced up. Come on." At that, Delilah's uterus decided to make itself known and began its daily routine of cramps since two days ago.
Jackie didn't move, only laying back again, stretching her arms out and rolling about like a child having a temper tantrum. Delilah looked up, her eyes narrowing at the girl. She'd just taken out a bucket full of piss and another with shit in, and Jackie was complaining?
"Grow the fuck up, Jackie. We're all tired." Delilah said, moving to stand and walking out the door. Jackie sighed from behind her with a loud groan.
