Since Part 1 of this series was Rei, I thought why not do a part for her mother down the line? And that's what we have right here...

Rei's Mom, Kiriko Miyamoto. Before Daisuke's passing, we finally got to see her. Which means that Rei and Saya were the only characters to find their parents before the series got cancelled.
We also now that Rei's father, Tadashi Miyamoto is supposed to be alive, but we never got to see him. But back to Kiriko, she didn't get much screentime but we did get a good amount of info on her.
So, Kiriko was among the survivors of the suburban neighborhoods and after returning from collecting supplies, the survivors wouldn't let her back in. Even threatening to shoot her if she didn't leave.
It was revealed that some "strange people" came in and "took control" of everyone.

Just from that alone makes me believe that it was Shido, who I think manipulated Kiriko's group. But it's just a hunch.

Oh, and she was the leader of an all woman gang before she became an officer and got married.
But like I've said before, I'm glad that we at least got to see her right before the series got cancelled forever.
It's a shame, but I have a few plans for an original arc after I get to that point. Now then...
As for what I've got planned...

Well it's pretty obvious that Kiriko is going to join the main team, I mean it's pretty much a given since she was kicked out of her previous group.
The main goal is to have Rei and Kiriko survive and eventually find Tadashi Miyamoto. Thanks to some information in the manga, we do know where he would be located, but the team can't get there just yet so they have to fight through "Them" in order to make it to their true destination.
As for Kiriko's role on the team...

Kiriko is going to serve as the groups main Spearfighter and she'll be the 4th adult member added to the group. Of course, she'll have her moments with Rei, Takashi, and of course Kagari because she knows the three of them.
But now... I need to ask something from all of you...
Tadashi Miyamoto never got an official character design, we heard his voice, but never saw what he looked like. And I'd like for him to have one when he is eventually revealed... so guys, if you have any pictures of a male OC that you would like to see in this book, let me know...
I'll be doing my own search for a good character design too. But I'd like to know if any of you guys are able to find a good one to use for the book.
