Unexpected Pairing

  Addison woke up with Meredith still on top of her. She had her mouth slightly opened around her nipple. Addison's breast felt a bit tender and sore, she thought it was the fact that Meredith had been nursing for quite a lot recently.Working with Burke had put her in a lot of stress. Plus the fact that she barely had any time to regress has made everything worse.

  Addison carefully props herself up and gently turns Meredith over so she's lying on the bed. She gets up and places some pillows around Meredith. After she grabs their blanket and covers her baby. Then she gets dressed pulling an oversized shirt and some shorts. Addison walks to their bathroom and goes through her morning routine.

  Addison knows she needs to dressed Meredith up, but she doesn't know what headspace she will wake up in. She knows it's better to be safe than sorry. Remembering last night, Addison knew that there was a high chance of Meredith waking up in her headspace. Addison went and grabbed an onesie and an another diaper deciding to go off Meredith's headspace from last night. While changing her diaper, Meredith's eyes started to flutter.

"Hi, baby. Did the cold wipe wake you up?" Addison cooed.

" 'es'" Meredith was clearly quite deep into her headspace, around 1 or 1 and a half.

"I'm so sorry, princess."

"It otay , mama." Addison smiles.

"Is my baby very little? Mama is going to have a tiny baby today, isn't she?" Addison started putting Meredith's onesie on. Meredith giggled in response.

  The onesie Addison put on Meredith was a solid lavender color one. Even though it was for littles it still look like something an adult would wear. Addison grabbed Meredith's fluffy blanket before lifting her for a piggy back ride and heading down the stairs. Luckily there was no one in the living room or the kitchen. Walking to the couch, Addison gently drops Meredith on the longer side of it.

"You want to watch some cartoons while mama makes you breakfast?" Meredith nods. "Okay, my little princess." Addison kisses Meredith's nose, passed the tv remote and leaves.

Meredith wraps her blanket and lays on the couch. She turns on the tv and Wonder Pets is on. Meredith turns to face the kitchen and cuddles a pillow. Her attention is mostly centered in Addison rather than the tv.

"Mama." Meredith called out.

"Yes, baby?" Addison responded, quickly glancing at her.

"I wove chu." Addison giggled.

"I love you too."

  Meredith kept switching between watching the tv and watching Addison. Once Addison finished cooking, she called Meredith over to eat at the kitchen counter. Meredith went still wrapped in her blanket and sat. Addison had made them omelettes and had cut some strawberries and placed them on the side.

"Yummy." Meredith commented after her first bite.

"Thank you, baby. Eat as much as you can so we can go and watch tv."

"Otay, mama." Meredith happily ate her fruit first and then her omelette.

"Okay, baby, you comfy?" Addison asked, as they situated themself on the couch.

"Mhm. Vewy comfy, mama."

  Addison was laying on the couch and Meredith was next to her with her head on Addison's chest. She had an arm between them and the other draped over Addison's stomach. They had the blanket on top of them as the cold from outside was cooling the house.

  Time passed and they just gotten warmer and warmer snuggled against each other. Meredith had fallen against Addison. It was nearing midday and the rest of the interns were still sleeping, or so she thought. She heard the stairs creaking and looked up seeing Izzie coming down. Izzie glanced at them and headed to the kitchen. She grabbed some coffee and before going back up she stopped and faced Addison.

"You two are actually together? It's not a fling?" Izzie questioned.

"Yes, we're actually together. We've been together for a while." Addison responded.

"Okay. Just because Mer and I aren't close doesn't mean I don't care. You better not break her heart." With that Izzie went back up.

  Addison was quite taken back. She didn't expect Izzie's response. To be honest she thought she was going to say something disgusting towards them. She was glad that her reaction was that instead of something else.

Meredith rubbed her nose against Addison's chest and slightly opened her eyes. Seeing Addison made her smile. She closed her eyes again and fell back asleep.

Cristina was upstairs thinking about the blonde from the day before. Addison's response from their conversation had honestly shocked her a bit. How could it be possible that she could be feeling connected to the cglg community so fast. She had recently just discovered it and has been around little Meredith a couple times. Maybe that's why she felt connected that quickly.

Cristina had been reading about it and going through blogs about it too. Question was, if her desire of this kept growing, who would she take care off? Another question wondering her mind, would she ever see the blonde again?

This is kinda of a filler chapter. College has been dragging me and I barely have time for anything. So I apologize for the chapters taking longer.
