Both are misanthropic, narcissistic, arrogant god like beings who twisted versions of kind-hearted and heroic protagonists (Son Goku and Kiana Kaslana respectively) whom they've stolen their bodies from
Both have had some opposite begins (Zamasu was a Supreme Kai in training and Sirin was a test subject of Schicksal) before turning to evil out of hatred towards living beings (Zamasu feared and envied the potential of mortals like Goku, while Sirin was angry at Schicksal for their inhumane experiments that killed her mother and friends)
Both would also seek an entity for power (Shenron and the Will of Honkai respectively) and with them they've achieved new powers as well as newer power levels (Super Saiyan Rosé and Herrscher Gems respectively)
Both have also taken the protagonists bodies as a result of their wish (Zamasu wished to switch bodies with Goku, while Sirin wished to be reborn for another chance at a happy life which resulted in Kiana's body), both have also killed female figures to the heroes (Future Trunk's mother Bulma Briefs and Kiana's mentor Murata Himeko respectively) but would ultimately be defeated for good (Future Zeno erased Black's timeline from existence in order to kill Infinite Zamasu, whereas Kiana defeated Sirin and regained control of her body causing Sirin's soul to vanish)
