"Can somebody please tell me what the fuck is going on around here?" Raguel asked while she was aggressively rubbing her temples.
She was walking around in a circle at the top of one of the temples built by The Seraphs, all of the Humans down on the ground waiting to be told what to do.
Ash-Shaytān stood with crossed arms and a stoic face.
Michael was sitting on the ground with his knees to his chest.
Gabriel continued to eat, but this time it was a large piece of steak taken from one of the few surviving cows the Humans had left.
Raphael was sitting cross legged on the ground, looking like he was stretching.
Remiel was holding her baby Hadi, who was sucking on her nipple as she smiled and hummed a quiet song.
Grand Angel stood tall and proud with his arms behind his back.
"What are you referring to my sweet Daughter?" Grand Angel asked.
Raguel laughed and pointed at her Father.
"Don't you dare try and talk sweet or caring to me. You are supposed to keep everything in check. What are you doing? Just sitting up here on your own so that you can ignore the problems down there?" She pointed at the base of the temple, where Humans began to gather around.
Ash-Shaytān leaned over the edge, waving as the people cheered.
Raguel walked over and pulled Ash-Shaytān away.
"What are you doing with the Humans?" Raguel asked.
Ash-Shaytān put his arms up with an innocent smile on his face.
"I have done nothing wrong. I am simply giving them stories to spread and pass down to their descendants. It is a gift." Ash-Shaytān said.
Raguel looked annoyed, suddenly slapping her Brother in the face.
Ash-Shaytān's face changed to a smirk, struggling to continue the facade. Struggling to keep his composure.
"You have come here to sew chaos and dissent. You are here for unholy means, yet you lie to your family in hopes to trick and manipulate us!" Raguel screamed in his face.
Ash-Shaytān stared with intense anger, but rather quickly switched to laughing and rubbing his face.
"Oh sister no worries, I will do whatever it takes to show you that I have been-" Ash-Shaytān spoke, before being interrupted by another slap from Raguel.
"Do we need to intervene?" Raphael asked.
"Only if you want to keep this treacherous piece of shit alive." Raguel said.
"Wow. You have really grown into quite the..." Gabriel started to say.
Raguel turned and stared daggers at him, making him turn and look away.
"I guess he can be smart sometimes." Raphael said to himself.
Raguel turned back to Ash-Shaytān.
"I would challenge you to Holy Combat...but I don't think it would be too fair. I have always been better than you, and I have defeated our lovely and dear Brother Michael. And now he...well..." Ash-Shaytān motioned his hand towards Michael, still sitting on the ground and holding himself as close as possible.
"Do we need to continue fighting? We are a family." Remiel said, still breastfeeding her child.
Raguel looked at Remiel, immediately starting to calm down. The redness in her face disappeared.
"I think my people need me again, so if we are done here with this family therapy session, I will see you all later." Ash-Shaytān said as he began to walk towards the edge of the pyramid.
"No. No. NO!" Raguel said, each one getting louder and louder.
Ash-Shaytān stopped and lowered his head, rubbing his head again from annoyance.
"Raguel, I think that-" Raphael started.
Raguel turned and looked at him, making him stop and turn like Gabriel.
Raphael put his arm over his Brother's shoulders, the two looking up at the blue sky and white clouds.
"That one looks like a duck." Raphael said.
"Which one is that?" Gabriel asked.
"I don't...how are you an Angel...yet so stupid?" Raphael asked.
"I don't know." Gabriel replied.
Raphael stepped away from his Brother and crossed his arms as he continued to stare at the sky.
Raguel turned back to Ash-Shaytān, who still had his back to her.
"I will never forgive you. You have been using your silver tongue ever since Father died. You have wanted to rule the Universe and make it your own. You will not succeed in doing this. I can't even call you my brother from how much hatred is in my being. How you make my blood boil from rage. You should go back to where you came from and never return. Banishment is cruel, but for you it is nowhere near severe enough." Raguel spoke with vigor and poison in her voice.
Ash-Shaytān slowly looked over his shoulder back at her.
His eyes were full of sadness, his hands covered in scars starting to shake uncontrollably as he became overcome with emotion.
"I have tried so hard...to be redeemed. To atone for my sins and be a member of your...our family again." Ash-Shaytān said.
Raguel stayed strong and tall as she stared at him with burning intensity.
"I will slay you where you stand." Raguel gritted her teeth.
Ash-Shaytān smirked and shrugged.
"I can already picture the look on your face. Disappointment." Ash-Shaytān said.
He leaned backwards, falling off the temple and racing to the ground as the crowd of people gathered closer together to catch him, all of their arms outstretched towards the Heavens as their savior came closer and closer from above.
"I think we're in trouble." Michael finally spoke.
"We have to prepare for the worst possible outcome." Raguel said.
"And what outcome is that?" Remiel asked.
Raguel turned to look at her, opening her mouth to speak.
