Ash-Shaytān rose to his feet, staring at Azrael in front of him.

His face dropped its facade instantly. His lips quivering, hands shaking, and eyes twitching.

"Brother? You are...here." Ash-Shaytān barely got out of his shaking breaths.

Azrael was standing very still and stiff, but his face lifted into a smile.
His body was normally colored, as if The Red's light was not touching him. Light that came from no real source, yet had him glowing in a yellow and white hue.

"Yes. It is me." Azrael said.

Ash-Shaytān wanted to run and hug his brother, but his body was frozen in pure shock and disbelief.

His hands and legs began to shake more and more with every passing second.

"How is this possible?" Ash-Shaytān asked.

Azrael did not respond.

He stood with an emotional face with tears forming in his eyes.

Ash-Shaytān was showing more emotion. Emotion overflowed and took over his body, causing him to shake more and more the longer he stared at his Brother.

Ash-Shaytān started to walk forward, his feet dragging across the scorched ground beneath him.

His entire body moving slowly, as if dragging the world along a path of pain.

He went for a hug to his Brother Azrael, but as he did the figure disappeared into nothingness.

Ash-Shaytān stopped in place, his smile frozen on his face while his arms were still outstretched.

His tears continued to run down his face while he now stood alone.

His arms began to lower, staring at the barren and blank wall of the mountain.

"Brother? I heard you wanted to see me." A voice rang out.

Ash-Shaytān looked over his shoulder, staring at Gabriel moving up the hill to his throne.

"What?" Ash-Shaytān asked, his voice still shaking and full of emotion.

Gabriel looked confused, his stupidity and naivety still present on his face with wings covering his eyes.

Ash-Shaytān wiped his cheeks with his fingers, doing his best to compose himself.

"Are you feeling alright Brother?" Gabriel asked.

"I am fine. I just...I saw something." Ash-Shaytān.

"What did you see?" Gabriel asked.

"Don't worry about it. Let's just...talk about something else." Ash-Shaytān finished wiping his face before making his way back to his throne, falling backwards into it with a loud thud.

Gabriel nodded and wiped his face.

"What are you doing?" Ash-Shaytān asked with an annoyed tone.

Gabriel looked at his Brother, his face full of confusion and stupidity.

"I'm just standing here. I was hoping to have a conversation...but I don't know what about." Gabriel said.

Ash-Shaytān sighed, looking even more annoyed and upset.

"Brother...I...I just want you to be honest with me. Why are you...the way you are?" Ash-Shaytān asked.

"What do you mean by that?" Gabriel asked.

"You act so innocent and stupid. It...honestly it makes me feel a little worried about you and our other Siblings. Are we going to come to the same fate? You were a brilliant, creative Angel. One who was a favorite of our Father for how you helped him shape and create the Universe. Came up with ideas he never would have thought of. I know you were the one who created stars. That was your mind working wonders." Ash-Shaytān said.
