it had been four days since crystal told miguel they were moving, in that time crystal had died her hair back to blonde, the pink hair was fading into more of a peach so she thought it was about time anyway, her fringe was pinned back in two french braids.
miguel was helping crystal pack up her bedroom, in three days it's her fathers funeral, miguel was making sure that crystal had someone near her so he stayed with her all night and most of today, "i found this." miguel says picking up one of his hoodies, "thought you might wanna keep it?" he asks.
crystal looks at him, "you're acting like i'm moving out of the country, you know i'm still gonna be here, and i'm still gonna go to the same school as you i just won't be in this place anymore." crystal says, miguel nods, "i know, it's just weird that i won't be able to walk out of my house and to yours anymore." he says and places his hoodie in her hands.
crystal looks up at him, "thank you." she says, the two finish packing up crystals room minus some clothes and her bed sheets, "should we go meet everyone at the water park now?" crystal asks, miguel nods the two leave for the water park, crystal driving.
when they get there they meet up with eli and the three walk in together, "i'm gonna go find aimee." crystal says and walks off into the park to find her friend.

crystal and aimee went on some slides together, crystal was happy to be out and doing stuff that kept her mind of her dad, the two girls had, had enough when they went to find their other friends, crystal saw miguel laying down on one of the loungers, and there was someone next to him, the girl sat up and crystal immediately groaned.
"why is she literally everywhere." crystal said turning to aimee, "literally, also i don't know what she's saying to miguel but i think you might wanna save him from talking to her." aimee said noticing that miguel was either extremely uncomfortable with the conversation between him and lilith or he was just plain annoyed.
crystal walked over to her boyfriend, "hey," she smiled, miguel noticeably took a massive sigh of relief at the sight of his girlfriend, "hey." he smiled back up at her, crystal sat down on the lounger next to him, "oh i wasn't interrupting your conversation with my boyfriend was i?" crystal asks lilith, an innocent smile playing on her lips.
"actual-." lilith goes to say when crystal interrupts her, "you wanna go on the slides, it's really hot here." crystal says holding her hand up to her eyes, shielding them from the sun, miguel nods, a little too eagerly and stands up grabbing crystals hand and pulling her up, crystal took off her sun top that she was swimming in a second ago.
her bikini showed off her flower tattoo that she got with eli months ago, "let's go." crystal says and pulls miguel towards the slides, her boyfriend laughed at her and followed her, lilith was left at the loungers with a scowl on her face, she hated the fact that miguel picked crystal over her.
