DELILAH was helping crystal get changed for prom, "you look beautiful." delilah spoke leaning her hands on crystals shoulder, crystal stared at herself in the mirror, her hair was curled and she was wearing this flowy purple dress, the dress was made of silk and soft to the touch.
crystal massaged her fingers against the material, "i'm so nervous." crystal admired taking a deep breath, "you'll be fine, and miguel will be there with you, it's a night for the two of you, so celebrate it." crystal smiled up at her sister, "i love you." crystal stated and turned around giving her sister a large hug.
"i love you too." delilah breathes out leaning on crystals shoulder, a knock sounded at the door and crystals fathers voice rang through the flat, "crystal your dates here!" nicholas yelled, crystal took a deep breath in, "you'll be fine." delilah comforted her rubbing crystals shoulder, crystal nods and takes a step towards her bedroom door.
her hands wrap around the cold metal handle, pulling it down and stepping out of her room, her silver heels making a clicking sound as she approaches the living room, miguel just stands there staring at his girlfriend, his jaw slightly open, nicholas turns to miguel as he hadn't said anything yet and gave him a death glare at the way miguel was staring at his daughter.
miguel quickly shook out of his thoughts, he cleared his throat and turned to crystal, "you look.. beautiful." miguel says his eyes following a mesmerising glint, crystal blushed and stepped closer to miguel, "you look beautiful too." she whispered, miguel's cheeks fell a tint of red.
miguel went to pull crystal in for a kiss but remembered her father was standing there so instead he just pulled her into a loving hug, he kept his hands north of the equator, as lexi had told him to do before crystal walked out, miguel went to pull out of the hug his hands slipping down to her waist for a moment.
"sir i said keep your hands north of the equator." lexi snarked, delilah grabbed lexi and pulled her into her bedroom, silently apologising while lexi tried to wrestle out of delilah's grip, crystal leaned her head on miguel's chest letting out a soft chuckle.
"picture time!" carmen sang, she stood infront of the two lovers with a camera, miguel looked down at crystal, nothing but love circulating in his eyes, crystal looked up at him the same level of admiration in her eyes.
the two were so wrapped up in their own world they didn't notice that carmen had stopped taking pictures, "to the car!" carmen yells.

crystal and miguel were happily dancing ro the music, crystal spotted aimee dancing with some other girl, she smiled at her best friend with a proud look, aimee gave crystal a large smile and followed her date somewhere.
aimee had figured out miguel and crystal were dating when the couple kissed and aimee walked in on them kissing, she yelled something about bleaching her eyes and then ran out.
