{SEASON 3 EP, 2}
"miguel woke up?" delilah asks, "yeah he did yesterday when i was with him, how'd you know?" crystal asks her as she hadn't got round to telling her, "carmen just told me, why didn't you mention it?" delilah says sitting down next to crystal on the couch, "i don't know, i just- i said some stuff to him yesterday, and seeing as he woke up basically as i said it i don't know if he heard me or not but i just needed to think about it." crystal admits.
"what did you tell him?." delilah asks, "i just said stuff like how much i miss him, and i know he and tory broke up recently so i didn't want,- if he heard it- i didn't want him to think that i meant it in a different way" crystal admits, there's a beat of silence between the two.
"did you mean it in a different way?" delilah asks, "no, what do you mean?" crystal says tilting her head at delilah, "i mean, do you miss him in a friend way or..."
"of course i miss him in a friend way, he's my best friend." crystal admits, delilah gives her a look, crystal scrunches her nose "okay even i didn't believe that." crystal admits, "you still like him don't you?" delilah asks, "i don't know.. if i'm being honest i don't think i ever stopped."
"when you were with luke, did you feel this way about him?" delilah asks, "what are you a therapist?" crystal laughs, delilah gives her a look, "okay, no i didn't, i noticed the way that tory and miguel were around eachother and i thought if i dated luke then those feelings would go away." crystal says, "did they?"
"for a while, and then we went to the roller skate 80s night and i saw the way he was looking at sam, i still liked him but, i thought that he probably didn't have the same feelings as me, and then i was proved right at the party." crystal says, her voice was sad, and she sounded like she was about to cry, she didn't though.
Delilah just reached forward and hugged crystal, "why did tory and miguel break up?" Delilah asks over crystals shoulder, "tory said that miguel had feelings for someone else and didn't want tory to feel like he was using her so they broke up," crystal tells her, "do you know who he was talking about?" delilah asks curiously, "probably sam." crystal says and stands up, "i'm gonna go to my room, i'll see you later."

"crystal?!" delilah yells, it had been 2 hours since delilah and crystal had the talk, "yeah?" "it's dad, your mom said that robby's with her at the rehab." delilah says holding her phone to her ear, crystal quickly gets up and rushes out of the house to her car, she grabs her shoes and doesn't put them on until she's in the car.
crystal quickly drives to the rehab centre, "hello i'm here to see shannon keene." crystal says, "are you with an-." the receptionist starts but is cut off by shannon, "crystal." she says, crystal runs to her mother and gives her a hug, shannnon pulls out of it and holds her hands to crystals face, "i'm so sorry baby." her mother says, "i promise you i'm much better now."
"that's really good mom." crystal says, she had a massive smile on her face, "robby's outside." shannon says and walks outside, she keeps a hand on crystals back, "robby?." crystal says as she sees him sitting down, robby stands up and walks over to his sister, "are you okay?" she asks him, robby doesn't say anything but just hugs her instead.
"i'm so sorry about miguel." robby whispers, "i know." crystal says patting him on the back, robby pulls out of the hug, "i see you finally got rid of the dora haircut." crystal tells him, robby just nods, and goes to sit down, crystal takes a seat next to him, he talks to shannon, saying stuff about how he wants to leave town.
daniel arrives at the at the centre, and stands behind robby, "i'll be right back," shannon says standing up and tapping robby on the shoulder, crystal watches where her mother goes and sees daniel standing there, crystal couldn't hear what they wear saying but when daniel walks round to dobby crystal gets up and goes to her mom.
the two walk in silence until they see two police officers walk in the direction of robby, shannon and crystal look at eachother and follow them, one police officer starts circling round robby as the other one stays next to shannon and crystal, "what did you do?" robby asks.
"i told them that you'd turn yourself in, the sentence will be much lighter that way." daniel tells him, "no, no i can't." robby stutters, "you can, you have to." daniel tells him, "you just kept me talking so i wouldn't leave!", "no i was trying to help you!" daniel yells, robby looks over at his mom and sister and then tries to make a run for it.
unfortunately an officer grabbed him, "hey! easy with him!" daniel yells, crystal brings her hand up to her mouth as she watches how the officer grabbed robby, "robby this is only temporary i will get you through this, i will visit you every day ok, i promise." daniel tells him, the officer puts robby in cuffs and walks him out, "don't bother." robby says and when he walks past crystal and shannon she puts her hand on his shoulder, "honey it's gonna be okay." shannon tells him.
she walks out with robby and crystal just stands there in shock, she waits until she can't hear the police sirens anymore and she walks out, "i'll see you around mom?" crystal says as she meets up with her mom again, shannon had tears glossing over her eyes, "yeah of course." she says and pulls crystal into a hug.

before you guys get mad at crystal for not hating robby that's her brother and as much as she likes miguel she just can't bring herself to hate robby.
