Serena walked downstairs into the kitchen, holding her head.
"Are those hangover smoothies?" she gasped. "Of course I got one coming up for my favorite sister." Jeremiah smiled. "Your only sister," Serena stated giving him a pointed look. Wincing when Jeremiah started the blender.
"Here Sea." Jeremiah handed her the smoothie. She gagged, drinking it. Belly walked in with a big bruise on her face and started getting questioned by Laurel about it.
"Oh my god!" Susannah cheered coming into the kitchen. "Belly is going to be a debutant!" she squealed holding up the letter.
"It's really not that big of a deal." Belly spoke embarrassed. Serena pulled her into a hug. "Yay, I'm so glad I don't have to be alone now." She smiled. Belly smiled back at her before defending herself at a comment Steven made.
"Okay, this is going to be so much fun." Susannah spoke, going on a rant about everything there is. "We need to go shopping." She gasped in realization.
Serena was on her phone texting Cam when her mom asked who would be Belly's date. Serena looked up in interest. Both brothers turned her down. "Wow guys, stop fighting over me." she joked dryly. "I'm going to find my own date." she added.
"I'm going for a swim." Conrad spoke, looking toward his sister giving her the "follow me look". She nodded her head in understanding, standing up and following him.
They both walked outside, Conrad stripping off his clothes into his swimsuits. Serena sat at the edge of the pool, Conrad resting against the wall beside her. "What's going on in that head of yours, con con?" Serena questioned, leaning down and tapping her index finger on his temple.
"Nothing, just worried about mom." He sighed out laying his head on the concrete. Serena could tell it was breaking him inside; she felt like a failure, not being able to do anything as her baby brother struggled. "It will be okay, I promise." She soothed him. Conrad sighed. "I don't know; it seems different this time." He countered.
"Hey, I'm your big sister; I'm always right." Serena declared, trying to ease his mood. She got an eye roll out of him. "By 9 minutes." She mocked saying it before he could.
He laughed, splashing her with water and swimming away. Serena smiled, knowing she eased his mood a little. She grabbed the water gun beside her shooting him with water as he tried to swim away.

After taking a shower, Serena came downstairs to find the house was empty. She assumed the girls had gone shopping as they talked about earlier. Serena already had her dress so she didn't bother to tag along. Steven and Jeremiah were at work and Conrad had gone to the beach, so she got the house all to herself.
She decided to make herself a quick egg sandwich for lunch. She was in the middle of cooking her egg when she heard a phone ringing. She checked her phone and didn't see a call so she searched the room with her eyes and saw Belly's phone buzzing on the couch. She guessed the girl had forgot it.
She walked over and grabbed it, looking at the contact. "Taylor🩷" she just took it to the kitchen and left it on the counter for Belly when she gets back.
She went back to cooking her egg but it kept ringing. She didn't really want to talk to the girl, but the ringing was getting annoying. She just decided to answer it as she knew Belly wouldn't mind.
"Hello?" She answered, putting the phone in between her ear and shoulder while she put her sandwich together.
"Belly? Who is this?" The other girl on the line questioned. "It's Serena. Belly's not home." The Fisher girl informed.
"Ughhh." Taylor groaned. "When is she going to be home?" She asked. "I don't know she's shopping." Serena answered, her mouth stuffed with her sandwich. "You aren't very informative, you know." Taylor scoffed. Serena could feel the eye roll through the phone. "Okay, is that all?" Serena snarked.
Serena didn't have much of a problem with the girl, but she seemed to have a problem with her all the time. "Well, since no one is answering, can I get your opinion on something?" Taylor asked.
Serena just wanted the call to end, so she agreed. She felt Belly's phone vibrate a text from Taylor. She clicked on it, and it was an image of Taylor in a fancy pink dress. "Why so fancy?" Serena questioned.
"I have a date." Taylor answered. "Now can you just tell me if it looks good or not?" Taylor asked annoyance in her tone. Serena recalled a story Belly had told her about a guy Taylor was going on dates with."With plaid on plaid guy?" Serena laughed, trying to push the girls buttons.
"How do you know about that?" Taylor asked a little embarrassed. "Belly mentioned it the other day. Anyway, you look fine." Serena spoke. "Fine?" Taylor sighed. "I need to look better than fine." She said.
"You look hot." Serena said hoping it would please the girl. "Good enough?" She asked. "Yeah, I guess so." Taylor sighed. "Thanks for the help, Sabrina." Taylor giggled, hanging up.
She didn't know why Taylor always did that to her; she obviously knew her name.

Serena was sitting at the debutant table, waiting for Belly. She saw her walk in with a shirtless Jeremiah, so she walked up to greet them. "Jeremiah?" the instructor asked.
"Paige." He greeted. "Where is your shirt? Serena, why does your brother not have a shirt on?" The instructor asks. Serena just sighs and shrugs her shoulders as Jeremiah gives the woman's hand a kiss.
Serena rolls her eyes at his antics. Jeremiah introduces Belly to Paige some nonsense about her being his future wife. "You're at table two." Paige urged.
Serena walked back over to the table as they finished up their conversation. Belly made her way over, sitting down between Shayla and Nicole. Serena was by Shayla and Gigi. She saw Shayla applying some powder to Belly's face, covering up the bruise.
Serena was just scrolling on her phone as the girls were having a discussion about College. She turned off her phone when she saw Paige coming around.
"Is this your first summer at Cousins?" a girl asked Belly. "No, I've basically been coming here all my life." She muttered sheepishly, eating a cracker. "Uh, so are you and Jeremiah like a thing?" Gigi asked. All Belly got out was a muffled "Um.". "Oh my god, back off Gigi." Nicole chuckled.
"It was a question." Gigi defended. "They are like, basically related. You have nothing to worry about," Nicole said. Serena rolled her eyes; she was sick of her brother being the topic.
"So what's it like to live with Jeremiah and Conrad?" A girl asked. "You know their actual sister is right here, right?" Gigi asked the girl.
The girls eyes landed on Serena. "Oh right, you've been so quiet, I didn't notice you." The girl defended herself, "Yeah, not really sure what to say when the whole topic is my brothers." Serena spoke with an eye roll.
The girl was about to defend herself again, but she was cut off by the instructor welcoming them.
The girls around the table were passing around a flask not being very incunspicutae.
Nicole was introducing herself as a big sister to Belly, then she offered her alcohol. Belly declined.
"Oh, I'll be right back." Belly spoke, getting out of her chair and running toward the door. Serena's eyes followed her, and she saw her talking to Cam. She wondered what that was about
