chapter 10

In the evening, Mary went to the vegetable garden to pick vegetables for the house. She couldn't pick the beans that were in the bunch.
she looked around, she saw a guard. She thought he might come to help her, but saw he was standing like a statue. She asked him, "Don't you have such aheight? What's the problem if you come and help me?

Hearing this, the guard said, "My job is not to pick vegetables. If you ask in a proper way, I might help."

Hearing this, Mary give a sign. She asked again, "Can you please help me with this?"

The watchman then came closer and picked the beans as if they were nothing and give to Mary .Did you see how long I was jumping from here? "Why didn’t you come to help me?

It’s not my job, and it’s not my fault that you don’t have height."

Kelvin had been paying attention to Mary for some time."
It is really fun to see her jumping like frog

Hearing this Mary pouted took the vegetables and went to the kitchen.

When Kelvin see her angry face , he smile . He was the one who had been smile after many days.

Later, Rogan was  in his room when Serena rushed in and hugged him tightly. but something didn't feel right. "It's not proper for you to come into my room before we're married," he said. Serena's face fell. She replied, "But this room is mine too, isn't it? Whether we are married or not, I can come here whenever I want."

Rogan didn't argue and said, "Do you want to talk about something?"

"No, I just wanted to spend some time with you. But these days, whenever I see you, it feels like you're avoiding me. If you're not interested in the marriage, you should tell me."

Rohan sighed and explained, "It's not that. My mind hasn't been at ease since the rogues attacks, and it's made it hard for me to focus on anything else. I haven't been able to spend time with anyone."

"But you seem to find time for others," Serena pointed out, clearly upset.

Rohan responded, "Why are you bringing that up now?"

With tears in her eyes, Serena said, "Something has changed in you. You're not as close to me as you used to be." Seeing her cry, Rogan softened. "Alright," he said, "let's go out tomorrow evening."

Serena's face lit up with joy, and she agreed excitedly. 

The next day, sarkar and Michael arrived , and everyone warmly welcomed the couple. Alfred asked why michael's wife hadn’t come, and Michael explained that she was pregnant and couldn’t travel.
Everyone congratulated him.

Later that evening, Serena was standing outside, waiting for Rogan. When he finally arrived, she smiled and told him she’d been waiting. Rogan replied, "Wait a little longer; I need to change my clothes." On his way inside, he spotted Nakshatra. He approached her and said, "Meet  evening at the nearby market; I have something to talk to you about."

Nakshatra nodded in agreement, her eyes filled with hope.

Rogan and Serena were walking while talking. Serena was telling Robin something, and he nodded with a smile at everything she said.

Rogan buy everything Serena was saying. After a while Robin told Serena, "You should go back home now."

"The guards will accompany you," he added.

Serena asked, "Won’t you come with me?"

"No," Rogan replied, "I have a few things to finish here. After that, I will come. I’ll be there soon."
